Coconut can be made into various types of food and drink, one of which is as a drink when the coconut is still young. In this video, we show the traditional way of cutting, preparing and serving young coconut as a drink.

there's 1 type of coconut which is more rare in Indonesia, it's called Kopyor, which has something wrong in their genetics that make their Meat "weaker", thus the meat wont stick on the inner walls, and making it more softer like jelly. It's highly sought and usually priced 2-3x more than regular ones

Just like the Yellow Cherries, Kiwis, Watermelons and Dragon Fruits. They cost more but taste the same. In Japan they even cage the Watermelons to make them grow into the shape of a cube. In China they put pears into Human Baby shape molds to make them grow to look like the mythical fruits from the heavens.
As an Indonesian, THEY DONT at all, pink coconut only contain coconut water not coconut meat and it taste way sweeter and more delicious

in sri lanka that pink one is called RAN THAMBILI. ran means golden, thambili means king coconut, it is used to extract oil, and that oil is used in traditional Sinhala medicine

Its not a "RARE" type of coconut in asia.. the reason why it has a pink skin.. its because the coconut was too young to harvest, it has a very thin layer of its flesh... just try to harvest an older one of the same coconut and you will see the result.

It would be rare if the coconut water was pink but just the skin any body can inject pink food coloring
Well the water of young coconut is transparent, doesn't matter is it pink or white, even yellow coconut has same transparent water. Not even sure that injection of pink color would work because the color which you see on video is too solid. Information in internet says that it is real original color.
Its called "wulung coconut" In javanesse. Can cure many diseases.

let me help you out, you can achieve a pink coconut flesh by simply cooking open air it at 200 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. It oxidizes the flesh inside turning it pink. You can also see that the "pink" coconuts have a yellow tinge to them, thats because all the person did was cook them for a short time. @@foodandchill474
