I had a same problem. You can change the port . Then you can delete one of the ports that have the same name. I had two usb 1 and one of them was selected. So when I wanted to delete the other one,the error happened. Thus I changed the port (for example port usb 2) and then I deleted the port that I want. Then I changed the port to usb1 again.
