And ... ... you don't seem to have much experience with children, as comparing a toddler's speaking skills to a 5 year old isn't very useful, because they're at different stages at development. Plus it was obvious the other kid was trained as an actor at a young age. That being said I thought Eric Farlow did a great job. He had an endearing smile, and it was clear the actors enjoyed being around him.

I would love having mine and Bobby’s child running to him after Bobby came home from ewing oil, then we would have a nice family dinner together then Bobby and I would put our child to bed spend time alone together
