I love your content. I have been experiencing this warning with my toolpath...Warning: The tool is gouging the model because of some unsafe linking moves. Please simulate the toolpath to investigate. Try changing the lead-in and lead-out values for better tool clearances. (I am self taught so I really do not quite understand how to fix this yet) Please help thank you!
Solid stock cut part simulation in the case where you have say 4 operations and the part has to be flipped and rotated multiple times. Tips on what can be done when the behind the scenes stock models get too big and your computer slows down... especially when it's not a $4,000 state of the art computer,
The proper way to program an intake manifold using a 4th axis instead of trying to do it with many 3 axis setups like can be seen in this series of videos. I've been trying very hard to help this gentleman because he's doing what very few will do by documenting the full job as he learns and makes a ton of mistakes: ua-cam.com/video/8299wsrQZUI/v-deo.html
Great video just wish you would have shown the machining time comparisons when using the same tool this would truly say if the tool Path is moving more efficiently as far as time Not points

Path is moving more efficiently as far as time
Not points
so in Fusion sim it wont give accurate times in the first place however Ill see if i can show that information in CAMPLETE
I'll be there!
Great video and Great explanation. I wish you would have moved the option windows from behind your face. I was difficult to follow along.
