1. The first witness to the crash was not listened to, 2. Henri Paul as well as the Paparazzo in the FIAT both had links to MI6, 3. Mercedes was never allowed to inspect the vehicle, 4. The Mercedes was 'stolen' 3 months prior to the fatal crash, 5. Independent doctors were not allowed to re-test Henri Paul's blood, especially given the outrageous claim of over 20% carbon monoxide in his system, 6. The crash site was washed and re-opened for the public within hours. You'd really have to either be very dim or have an agenda to believe that what happened was just a tragic accident.

When that car was 'stolen' they did something that would enable them to override the throttle. I've got no doubt that the car sped up on its own and they were unable to stop it. Hence the only witness saying it sounded like it had revved really hard - I expect Henri was trying to get it into neutral but it wouldn't go and hence why they would not let Mercedes look at the car.

Second, who kills themselves by fire while sitting in their car? That's bizarre. There are easier and much less painful ways to accomplish suicide. Third, Princess Diana's relationship with Dodi Al-Fayed from beginning till death lasted all of 30 days. I do not believe they were going to become engaged, nor do I believe that Diana was interested in marrying Dodi. Fourth, how is it that the body guard, Trevor Rees-Jones, recalls nothing about the car crash, but he recalls that the driver was sober. Fifth, why did it take ten years before there was an inquest? Sixth, why was the accident scene washed away in the early morning hours that day? Seventh, how does anyone know if the blood used for the driver's blood/alcohol levels came from the driver and/or was not tampered with? there could have been a third car, ahead which emitted a long flash which blinded both Henri Paul and the paparazzi driver in the Fiat Uno and caused the crash. The 3rd car fled. The reason is the Fiat Uno couldn't;t have caused the crash, it only glanced the right hand side of the Mercedes Benz, then that car went into the wall opposite to the right, then ended up back on the left. The slight blow wouldn't have been enough to cause the Mercedes Benz driver to lose control, something bigger did that. The blinding flash is certainly possible and would explain the total loss of direction.

Oh ok.... I don't know how they do things in Paris but I live in the US and have worked on a critical care ambulance for over 2 years and that time delay is absurd and negligent. Now I don't know how long it took for medics to get to the scene or how long it took to extracate her from the vehicle. Even during the extracation the medics are leaning into the car trying to treat the patient as soon as possible. Yes they try to do as much on the scene as possible but they don't want to delay treatment either. A reason for an ambulance to pull over during transport might be if a patient needs to be intubated and needs a tracheostomy and the medic doesn't feel it is safe to do the procedure while the ambulance is in motion but even that would only take minutes. There were reports that the ambulance stopped 3 times and took well over a hour something sounds way off about that.
She went into caridac arrest wehn she was taken from the car.. so they had to stabilise her. THey had to give her CPR Again while they were going to the hopsital because she had another heart attack

Trevor Rees-Jones is telling the truth about the driver not being drunk. If Paul really was 3 times the legal alcohol limit, he would never have made it as far as the tunnel, from the Ritz, at the alleged speed. Anyone can see from the CCTV security footage of him tying his shoelaces that he's as steady as can be and not stumbling all over the place.

Having read the court transcripts, Nicolas Gargan claims he believes the French did a thorough investigation. Yet, he also revealed he knew nothing of the fears Diana had. His memory failed him on certain questions. I would like to know if he was compromised because of his undesirable relationship with an embassy colleague. That inquiry was a shambles! Gargan embarrasses the British police beyond belief.

I would not be surprised if Gargan's phone was hacked ad that may be where the claims of an affair came from. He was working on one of the biggest investigations. The British media had a lot to fear. There was some talk about giving Camilla a title other than Queen should Charles become King. I don't know what that title would be and it would be a break from tradition. Such a person goes thru many phases of confusion, paranoia, mental anguish and transient thoughts of suicide or homicide. Depression, eating problem, mood swings and extreme fear are part of the whole sphere. Diana showed all these phenomena. A high profile person like this is not immune to problems, avoiding paparazzi causes them to revise any plan as they did, speeding their way and getting involved in a car accident. The delay in transporting her to the operating room caused her death, any other factors are confounding and complicating that main cause.
This is an old video but ask yourself something.. If Diana had a body guard, do you think, if the driver was drunk, he would have let Diana get in the car?

What about the report of the motorcyclist behind them of a huge incendiary flash right before the crash? At least one, maybe 2 witnesses reported that. Could have been a deliberate event planned to blind the driver. There was the white Fiat, moving ever so slowly on the right, which caused the driver to swerve, though possibly blinded by the flash. There was its driver who boasted that he was in the tunnel during the accident, but was able to get away and yes, did he really set fire to his own car with himself in it, on a remote country road, or was he murdered? I'm not satisfied with the explanation of why it took over an hour to get her to a hospital 3 miles away (not the nearest one, either). And maybe this postdates this inquiry, but what of the French military person who claimed they the military were assigned to carried out Diana's execution plan?
How come henri paul who was a hotel employee was allowed to drink at the hotel bar? Is there supposedly a hotel rule that staff are not allowed to act like hotel guests and do whatever they like? The fact he had been seen at the bar drinking was highly attacked but in his defense, he was off duty at the time. The fact he didn't appear drunk also makes people question whether he was responsible for the crash or if there was a cover up in the death of Diana and Dodi and Henri Paul himself. For now he will go down in history as the man in part responsible for the death of the mother of a future king; a former member of the royal family herself, who was popular with the public yet despised by the highest ranking members of the royal family. It's a highly charged, scandalous political story that happened in the 20th century and will remain so for a long time. michael davis I never have understood the logic of Diana and Dodi not staying put in a safe hotel (with all the luxury and protection afforded them care of Dodi’s father who happened to be the owner of it!) and avoid all the mayhem from the media outside. Mercedes offered to send in experts to look at the car but was denied by french authorities, the cameras in and around the tunnel wasn't working that night (how convenient) plus the tunnel reopened too quickly in my opinion. The whole thing stinks of a cover up 👍

2. Henri Paul as well as the Paparazzo in the FIAT both had links to MI6,
3. Mercedes was never allowed to inspect the vehicle,
4. The Mercedes was 'stolen' 3 months prior to the fatal crash,
5. Independent doctors were not allowed to re-test Henri Paul's blood, especially given the outrageous claim of over 20% carbon monoxide in his system,
6. The crash site was washed and re-opened for the public within hours.
You'd really have to either be very dim or have an agenda to believe that what happened was just a tragic accident.

When that car was 'stolen' they did something that would enable them to override the throttle. I've got no doubt that the car sped up on its own and they were unable to stop it. Hence the only witness saying it sounded like it had revved really hard - I expect Henri was trying to get it into neutral but it wouldn't go and hence why they would not let Mercedes look at the car.

First, never get in any type of accident that requires hospitalization in France. It will be 1hr 43min before you will reach a hospital and it won't be the closest hospital to which you are taken. Second, who kills themselves by fire while sitting in their car? That's bizarre. There are easier and much less painful ways to accomplish suicide. Third, Princess Diana's relationship with Dodi Al-Fayed from beginning till death lasted all of 30 days. I do not believe they were going to become engaged, nor do I believe that Diana was interested in marrying Dodi. Fourth, how is it that the body guard, Trevor Rees-Jones, recalls nothing about the car crash, but he recalls that the driver was sober. Fifth, why did it take ten years before there was an inquest? Sixth, why was the accident scene washed away in the early morning hours that day? Seventh, how does anyone know if the blood used for the driver's blood/alcohol levels came from the driver and/or was not tampered with? Eighth, Diana was suspicious that Prince Charles was planning her death by car accident and made people aware of it prior to her death by car accident. It all seems suspicious. I do not think we, the people, will ever know the truth, in this life, at any rate. Ninth, Queen Elizabeth detested Diana to the point of not making a televised announcement to her people regarding the sorrow she felt concerning the death of Diana, until the Prime Minister told her to get off of her Royal Butt and address this issue, because if she didn't there would be a great possibility that the monarchy would be incalculably damaged. Finally, I used to feel sorry for Prince Charles - having a cold fish for a mother, a tyrant for a father and being raised by nannies. 4. In light of the accusatory letter written by the princess & provided to both her lawyer & personal assistant, Paul Burrell, spur an investigation of prince Charles & the royal 'machine'? In this letter, Diana described exactly how she thought she would be killed. If it were anybody else, they (prince Charles) would *definitely* be brought in for questioning.
Read John Morgans book How they murdered Princess Diana, you'll find your answers there. How it ever got published I don't know.

there could have been a third car, ahead which emitted a long flash which blinded both Henri Paul and the paparazzi driver in the Fiat Uno and caused the crash. The 3rd car fled. The reason is the Fiat Uno couldn't;t have caused the crash, it only glanced the right hand side of the Mercedes Benz, then that car went into the wall opposite to the right, then ended up back on the left. The slight blow wouldn't have been enough to cause the Mercedes Benz driver to lose control, something bigger did that. The blinding flash is certainly possible and would explain the total loss of direction.

Oh ok.... I don't know how they do things in Paris but I live in the US and have worked on a critical care ambulance for over 2 years and that time delay is absurd and negligent. Now I don't know how long it took for medics to get to the scene or how long it took to extracate her from the vehicle. Even during the extracation the medics are leaning into the car trying to treat the patient as soon as possible. Yes they try to do as much on the scene as possible but they don't want to delay treatment either. A reason for an ambulance to pull over during transport might be if a patient needs to be intubated and needs a tracheostomy and the medic doesn't feel it is safe to do the procedure while the ambulance is in motion but even that would only take minutes. There were reports that the ambulance stopped 3 times and took well over a hour something sounds way off about that.
She went into caridac arrest wehn she was taken from the car.. so they had to stabilise her. THey had to give her CPR Again while they were going to the hopsital because she had another heart attack

Such a person goes thru many phases of confusion, paranoia, mental anguish and transient thoughts of suicide or homicide. Depression, eating problem, mood swings and extreme fear are part of the whole sphere. Diana showed all these phenomena.
A high profile person like this is not immune to problems, avoiding paparazzi causes them to revise any plan as they did, speeding their way and getting involved in a car accident. The delay in transporting her to the operating room caused her death, any other factors are confounding and complicating that main cause.

My question was and will remain, where did Diana get the idea she was going to be in a motor accident, and where did she get the idea it would take her life, and of course where she thought murder was on her mind.

well in the Tudor dynasty it was beheadings modern day it's car crashes (look at Princess Grace of Monaco as well); you will never convince me she wasn't murdered by the royal farcily; never, she knew in advance and even spoke of it that alone is enough to not believe a word they say. We will never know and those involved will not care but the people know in their hearts and the royal farcily will never recover fully from what they have done; this is a black stain on them until they day they are removed.
The reason there was such an outpouring of grief when Princess Diana died was we all knew collectively that we had lost someone very special and empathic who really cared about people who had no one to speak up for them. We knew she was a one-off, no wonder we were heartbroken and we still remember her with fondness still today.

The true documentary shows a letter Princess Diana wrote saying she knew her father in law was going to have her killed by doing something to her car brakes, and head trauma would be involved😓..... it was Prince Phillip (he had the power to do this-was the Queen aware or involved in this? Only God knows😞) who ordered M-6 (secret service police), had them orchestrate Princess Diana's death😭. He wasn't going to allow the mother of a future king (William), have a muslim stepfather. Dodi bought Diana a $700,000 engagement ring that night. She was also pregnant. You can see a slight tummy when she has that leopard bathing suit on, in Dodi's big yacht.
Diana's letter predicted her own death😓. That fatal night 2 witnesses, Jack & Robin Firestone said they went to police and told police they had witnessed the crash and they wanted to give a statement, but police turned them away & told them they didn't need any statement?!! That night, the crash scene was immediately cleaned up to erase all evidence and had the road opened up to the public. The ambulance taking Diana to the hospital stopped for over a hour and a half?!! Why?!! The ambulance was only a few blocks away from hospital!!!
The first man at the scene said he didn't know it was Princess Diana in car. He approached the car, and Diana said " My God, what just happened?". He said Diana looked fine. He was then told by the main policeman (captain /Sargent?) in charge, told him to keep quiet! He said he felt like the police was sort of threatening him to keep quiet...
The small white car that bumped into Diana's car, that car was later found in a abandoned field with driver inside. It had been burned. So much conspiracy!!! But the Royals will have to respond to GOD for all there sins!!!

What about the report of the motorcyclist behind them of a huge incendiary flash right before the crash? At least one, maybe 2 witnesses reported that. Could have been a deliberate event planned to blind the driver. There was the white Fiat, moving ever so slowly on the right, which caused the driver to swerve, though possibly blinded by the flash. There was its driver who boasted that he was in the tunnel during the accident, but was able to get away and yes, did he really set fire to his own car with himself in it, on a remote country road, or was he murdered? I'm not satisfied with the explanation of why it took over an hour to get her to a hospital 3 miles away (not the nearest one, either). And maybe this postdates this inquiry, but what of the French military person who claimed they the military were assigned to carried out Diana's execution plan?
How come henri paul who was a hotel employee was allowed to drink at the hotel bar? Is there supposedly a hotel rule that staff are not allowed to act like hotel guests and do whatever they like? The hotel manager allowed their staff to drink away while on duty and in their workplace? What a crappy hotel management to begin with
He might have been off duty. Not sure. But he did leave and was later called back in. But I would have to research to see. Either way, the man was not drunk. He was a scapegoat in this.

Lady Jay Mac The outcome is still the same, but the credibility of the story will always be questioned as to whether or not he was drunk while driving. The fact he had been seen at the bar drinking was highly attacked but in his defense, he was off duty at the time. The fact he didn't appear drunk also makes people question whether he was responsible for the crash or if there was a cover up in the death of Diana and Dodi and Henri Paul himself. For now he will go down in history as the man in part responsible for the death of the mother of a future king; a former member of the royal family herself, who was popular with the public yet despised by the highest ranking members of the royal family. It's a highly charged, scandalous political story that happened in the 20th century and will remain so for a long time. People will always speculate there would be no way the Royal Family would allow Diana to marry Dodi because that would make a Muslim stepfather to her boys, one being William of course, who will more than likely become King of England one day.

Something doesn't sound right. 65mph is normal speed. It had to be the paparazzi. Henri Paul wasn't drunk. You can clearly see that. I don't think someone tried to kill her either, but I don't rule it out. Diana dating someone else is huge news to a photographer. I'm sure the first one to get a picture of that will make lots of money. I guess there is something to be said about being too famous. RIP to Diana. She was a beautiful soul. Now she's free.

Still too many questions to be answered for me. Why wasn't the Bodyguard able to explain precisely what happened in the seconds before impact? Whilst he still bears the scars, he seems pretty lucid when he is talking...

The man's face was crushed and nearly ripped off in a physically and emotionally traumatic event. Memory loss seems reasonable enough in his case.
NOTHING will convince me that this was an accident..........Even the BODYGUARD said that the driver WAS NOT DRUNK !!!...They left her to die in that ambulance for 1.5 hours BEFORE they took her to the hospital....Hopefully the TRUTH will come out........WHO took the photograph at 7:33 ??..............We love and miss you our beautiful Princess............................xoxo

michael davis I never have understood the logic of Diana and Dodi not staying put in a safe hotel (with all the luxury and protection afforded them care of Dodi’s father who happened to be the owner of it!) and avoid all the mayhem from the media outside. It was already very late so why not just stay the night and think about a strategy for avoiding the press the next day. I don’t get how going to Dodi’s apartment would make things any better than being at the hotel.

The Mercedes was removed from the tunnel too quickly. The tunnel reopened too quickly. Where was the investigation? Where is the car?
Mercedes offered to send in experts to look at the car but was denied by french authorities, the cameras in and around the tunnel wasn't working that night (how convenient) plus the tunnel reopened too quickly in my opinion. The whole thing stinks of a cover up 👍
