Eau de Rochas oh yeah. If you grew up in Spain this classic, elegant scent will be ingrained in your mind, but this gem never grows old, like that old friend that will always remind you of growing up. 10/10
It was an instant like for me, the dry down changed a lot from the opening too which keeps it interesting, I wore it last night and it was very nice and not just a fresh citrus scent
After a zen trip into myself i've come to the conclusion that you're my favourite Fragrance-Tuber. Why? Because we' got ex-act-ly the same taste! Exactly! So thank you Kelan for: Bogart, Bogart One Man Show, Bijan For Men, Lomani, Hugo Boss Number One, Caesar's and god knows how many more! Keep up the EXTREMELY great job! Thanks buddy!
Wow thank you for the kind words and support, you have been watching for a long while now so much appreciated and the classics are the absolute best for sure !
I love Eau de Rochas! Out of dozens of fragrances, it's in my top 3 favorites. It is fairly simple and I have to use a lot of sprays on my undershirt, but it is such an elegant and balanced blend and the ingredients smell of good quality.
Perfect for that ! I see some vintages on eBay with the older presentation, not sure if they are worth it or if it’s much different but I am definitely going to get another bottle when this one is done,
I've got Eau de Rochas, love the stuff. I'm not sure when it came out but it gives me strong early 90s vibes. But it's a great fresh cheapie, really uplifting, performs well, just a nice classic fresh smell. The atomiser really pumps out the juice as well which I appreciate. Love the bottle, love the scent, will be a permanent fixture in my collection.
I've recently discovered Santa Maria Novella fragrances by happening upon a boutique of theirs in my city. I've tried three so far. (Tobacco, Melograno & Opoponax). Tobacco being the favourite of the three. They all smelled high quality and very natural, with good longevity. Definitely interested in trying more in their line.
They are very high quality, I don’t see myself getting a bunch of them but maybe I’d spring for the original next. I love the Vetiver though it was a perfect vacation buy lol
I totally would've been expecting something like Green Valley from that Pino too. Unfortunately, the sweet 'n' sour almost gummy citrus melange at the top of Eau de Rochas really doesn't last, even in the vintage. More of a generic 90's floral-mossy-musk in the drydown. Definitely feels more modern than most vintage citrus aromatics so it's great for basically any occasion.
Yeahh I was shocked when I smelled that pino gold like “whaaat is this!??!!” It reminds me of a few things but code was the only scent I could name that I reminded me of. Sort of a let down. Since this video I wore Eau de Rochas and the dry down is great to but different from the opening
Scorpio Rouge seems to be discontinued. I live in Denmark (Europe), and it used to be everywhere (also as Deo), now it is nowhere to be found. This was my first perfume, used in my early twenties. It is similar to Drakkar Noir, but I personally prefer Scorpio Rouge.
I'm always excited to see your reviews! I can't say I've heard of any of these fragrances, and that's kind of the cool part. I wish you had talked about the Acqua di Selva. I was considering blind buying it but went with Aspen because I remember it as a kid. I may have chosen poorly.
I plan on doing a full review of Acqua Di selva soon, it’s one of my all time favorites and a cologne used by my whole fathers side of the family. Light years better than Aspen imo of course lol
Thank you so much for reviewing Pino Silvestre Golf. I wondered about this one, but I am even more curious about Pino Silvestre Acqua di Cologne (aka Acqua di Pino) . To be honest, every PS flanker I have purchased just does not measure up to the original PS. Btw, I keep reading in various forums that the original vintage Pino Silvestre with the brown cap is better than the current green cap version of PS ,which allegedly has been reformulated. But really, the current formulation smells the same to me as I remember it back in 1986 when I was in Germany. But i wonder if it has been reformulated, than the Acqua di Pino is that vintage formula...
Acqua Di pino cologne is very nice for an inexpensive alternative to Acqua Di parma colonia and it lasts a long time on clothing. I am very happy with the current form of Pino silvestre original I wouldn’t bother buying a really old bottle it has a higher chance of being spoiled. But golf was just really out there scent wise and not that good
I don't think so it came out in 1994 it's discontinued it Def reminds of me my uncle Pasquale lol slick hair and a Fila suit I love definitely try it if you can
"Hysteria" by Alexandria Fragrances is a clone of Givenchy "Insensé". Interesting to see what you think of the two compared to each other. The Alexandria may be more to your liking.
Nah it’s not spoiled, I would have known instantly, all spoiled cologne smells the same pretty much like vinegar. Plus it was from a reputable site. I just think I was not that impressed with it initially
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey Can you please let me know which of your videos I can find your review of Krizia Moods please? I checked your channel and I cant seam to find it. Thanks
Great vid, liked your take on Insense, I sprung for that too, got the deal from FB and couldn’t resist, still don’t regret since it has such a towering reputation. Hopefully it’ll grow on you but yeah, didn’t like it on first impression and still not loving it
I wish I did love it right away but is going to take some wear, I had it on the other night liked it better but still need some time with it to say I really enjoy it so we’ll see lol
My wife got me my very first and only Tom Ford Ombré Leather for my birthday, There’s no other reason for me to wear anything else in the fall and winter months.
Insense means to instruct, it’s not an incense scent. It is a little misleading. It’s more of a floral/citrus with a vintage twist with the addition of aldehydes. I like it a lot but can see how it’s a let down if you were expecting a denser fragrance with incense.
Insensé means foolish in French. It has nothing to do with incense (which would've been "encens" in French). Have you tried out Givenchy Insensé Ultramarine from 1994?
Lol thank you I had no idea, honestly I just assumed it was incense, I should have looked that one up first. But I have not tried ultra marine that one looks more available, what’s it similar to ?
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey I wouldn't know about that, like you would be able to tell, but I recommend you try and get, it's almost like Joop but not as sweet or sickly, much more smokey, is my take.

Some decent acquisitions. Love the Rochas, a great scent for the office. The bright lemon note sticks around very nicely. 👍🏻
Eau de Rochas was an instant like, so clean
Great video and I enjoyed it and I'm going to try these fragrances and have a blessed day
Always great to know you enjoy the videos Michale ! Thank you
You welcome keep up the good work
Great video Kelan 👏👏👏
Appreciate you !
Pino Silvestre Shinebox is good too
Go get it ! Lol
eau de rochas is lovely ... one of my favs for summer
Eau de Rochas is a great dumb reach for the summer. I wear it a lot to the gym because the lemon stays refreshing throughout.
Perfect for that ! I see some vintages on eBay with the older presentation, not sure if they are worth it or if it’s much different but I am definitely going to get another bottle when this one is done,
Great vid. Can you do a Halston then and now comparison sometime?
At some point I can do that when since I have a vintage 1-12 now yes 👍🏻

Your taste in scents is amazing but so is your clothing style as well. You should make review videos of the clothing brands you get.
