All of these new features sound amazing. I'd like to see some more variety in color schemes and graphic designs.

I have a 22 AVX1980 and I have loved the boat. Vexus and the dealership I purchased it from have been great taking care of the few small problems Ive had with it. As long as Vexus continues the same level of quality of product and service, they will have a customer in me. My Nephew is 18 years old and just graduated high school last year. He absolutely killed it in high school, but has chosen to work a couple years before continuing on to college. He was on the high school bass fishing team in high school and has continued fishing outside of school, but now he has no boat to really get out there. Since Christmas is coming up here, Ive really been considering gifting my nephew the 1980 that I currently own and picking up one of these new V2 models in the spring. I can fish from my Phoenix 920 Elite until I get myself another tin rig in the spring. I have 2 boats, because the aluminum allows me to fish places I don't want to put my glass rig. Ive talked to my sister about giving him the boat, and she thinks that him having a boat is just to much responsibility for an 18 year old. I beg to differ and want the kid to have the boat so he can go after what he loves doing. I think thats just to important. Besides the kid, busted his hump all last summer and saved every dime to buy himself a nice used truck.

If the new hulls don’t crack this new design will be a winner. For the price these boats should come with a 250. These boats cost what a glass boat does with less power.

I would second that. But this wider model is getting more tempting. Almost bought a 2022 model this year. Used. Instead I got a 08 520 which I don't plan to get too attached to. It is nice and fishable.

I see other 20 foot aluminum boats rated for 250's. Why not vexus?

You have to really want an aluminum boat to pay the price for these. I priced this boat along with a Skeeter ZXR20 and there is a $1573.00 difference. The Skeeter is $79,309 and the Vexus IS $77,736. And w/ the Skeeter you get a Yamaha 250 vs 200. If they priced these better, I would definitely consider buying one.

I agree it’s getting crazy how expensive these aluminum boats are. It’s hard to justify

Thanks for checking that out. I knew that the cost of the Vexus was close to the price a nice fiberglass boat but I didn’t know it was that close.

    Why not a 225 hp engine ? 60 isn’t enough speed .

These boats are underpowered. I own a 2020 AXV 1980. I love the boat and love the ride, but why can a 19 ft Xpress have a 225 and I can’t on a 19ft 11in Vexus.
