About Me:
My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first UA-cam channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!

I thought Iloilo is a provincial town. Didn't realize its modernization. I love how different regions in the Philippines are starting to upscale. Visit more places like Iloilo.

@@MikeyBustosVLOGS I don't know if you could do something like this still,but if you wanted to you could maybe keep a beehive colony on the farm.I think you might be interested in keeping a beehive colony because they are similar to ant colonies and I think you guys would enjoy the honey they produce. You would have to do the research of course maybe visit a beekeeper before deciding anything, but I think you would be interested in keeping a beehive colony.
My fiance and I visited IloIlo, her hometown two years ago to visit Guimaras then go island hopping in Islas De Gigantes and I have never felt so at home anywhere my entire life. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we couldn't feel more comfortable in such a beautiful city. Everyone was SO friendly! 😍🤗

No, it isn't. My mom is from another region on the same massive island that the capital city Manila is on. However, we did once visit Iloilo before (it's where Ate Elsie is actually from) and I just found out that my dad's mom/grandmother maiden's side (Pestaño family lineage; We visited the Pestaños in St. Catharines in a recent Canada vlog where we picked apples from a tree in their yard, remember that?) originally comes from Iloilo, so technically I also have ancestral roots in Iloilo.

ooh! mohito aaah! sooo good! i had mohito at a friends huge Hindostani wedding (2000 people! attending) i got soo drunk! OMG! i had to be brought home wile completelly blacked out! i phoned the next day to appologize and my friend said eh, nah, 30 others went home the same way!!

I gotta say, I looked up the prices for the rooms in that hotel, and I'm stunned. Being from NYC, the idea that one can stay in a hotel that nice at rates that affordable is just mind blowing. I definitely plan to visit the Philippines once we've both gotten rid of our horrible authoritarian presidents (not trying to imply that we're any better than Philippines; I believe Trump would do all the same evil things that Duterte does if he could get away with it). Seems like the dollar goes decently far there...
I'm not a fan of Duterte but he's not too evil at all. Although he had that bad side, you can see a lot of improvements in the Philippines, mainly in its infrastructure.

Duh of course I watched the Shane Dawson series and it reminds me EXACTLY of what I do for the Ant Farm industry, just scaled down somewhat. My palette construction is designing ant farms, but the machinery of it all (i.e. packaging, marketing, warehousing, launching, and shipping) is all EXACTLY the same. Even a bit of ant industry drama exists! Lol
