The hoe is amazing! Bought it a few months ago and my plot was in disarray with weeds. This totally destroys weeds in hard or soft ground and my plot was covered in weeds. I mostly used it to uproot grass that had grown on my plot which requires a little more elbow grease . The blade will rust if you leave it outside in the rain but if you start weeding with it again it will scrape the rust off.

I found myself exactly in the same situation with my own garden - where it would take 2-3 days to clean an area - the hoe helped me clear it in 2-3 hours ( of hard work ) but I got it done, and I then had more time to do other things. That's why we decided to stock them and pass them on to whoever wanted to have one. Appreciate you for watching our videos too.

I guess that is assuming you got soft soil. Missouri soil is ridden with rocks! That will blunt before it will get to do much, sadly.

It is generally used across the surface of the soil and any stones it comes in contact with act to sharpen the blade.

I don't know how that garden tool be called an oscillating hoe. I thought the word oscillating meant to change direction. But this kind of 'hoe just flapping forward and backward, not changing directions like an oscillating fan. Sometimes I am so confused with this American language 🤔

Oscillating means swinging back and forth which is what this hoe can do. Not complicated

According to Mirriam Webster dictionary (and other definitions) "oscillate" means "to move or travel back and forth between two points" - so not too far off the mark. For marketing purposes it's a useful word to differentiate this type of hoe and is a term that most people would recognise as meaning it moves.
