This was an amazing doc. What's interesting is that many people thought TTV's draft were cringe and unthoughtful. When in fact, it was the exact opposite. Overlord is unstoppable with either a comfey or Blissey. TTV recognized that immediately and would ban blissey and draft away the comfy. Both teams were entertaining!
Yeah I thought it brilliant. They were ready for it at worlds. Lapras and Umbreon comps were incredible

It’s amazing how LG learned from this and adapted new strategies by not relying on a small pool of Pokémon.
You can see how they exploited their own previous weakness when they faced the Asian teams at worlds, more specifically OMO. Most of them played godly but the fact that they only had a specific few Pokémon they played made them easy to exploit. Of course, most NA and EU teams didn’t do this and got defeated in worlds as a result.
Props on TTV and LG though for making some insane plays.

I’m late to seeing this but this documentary is absolutely amazing this team is what brought me back into this game. Genuinely they are all so amazing players, and they do probably know that they inspire other players including myself. This team will always have my support.

I for sure underestimated Luminosity, it was such an epic showdown at worlds.
N ot an LG fan (omo fan here hihi), but I think LG actually still had their skills in there, its just that the other teams/regions were way too overhyped, and probably their performance on their region contributed too (but still, I thought LG did great on their region), leaving LG behind, being kinda slept on. But yeah, i think the community might have learned a lesson to not sleep on the reigning champs. Congrats LG!!!

Because they not have the cleanest season , I was so sad they being slept on . If you follow them through the whole monthly tourney , you can see that they don't really shine there , there was a month that they don't even quallified.
