This is how they won TI - they crushed LGD spirit here. In game 4 of the grand final when they needed to push for Mega creep they backed off to get Roshan because they were having flashback to this moment
Or maybe they did the right thing because OG knows how to hold highground. OG is simply better than LGD and there wasnt anything LGD could do about that. LGD was almost as good as OG though and they made OG work really hard for the win.
@@sylvasylvi5109 it was the right thing but you can't deny this made game made an impact to LGD, if they did succeed in this game, there's a really big chance they would do it again in game 4.. we never know, but hey they tried going rosh, which is right, but still failed.

One of the sickest games I have ever watched. Reminded me times of 1st TI where I cheered this hard for NaVi. So intense, very well played indeed! This match made me start playing dota again instead of just watching it :).

@@nagobuseven1874 There was no throw. It was the picks. LGD just couldnt go highground late game because of the draft OG had which gave the insanely good teach fight. LGD had a chance early game but mid and late game it wasnt possible. So no OG wasnt in any real trouble. There was no throw by LGD.

Due to the pandemic, I don't have access to dota2/League. Just playing some mobile legends/wild rift, and any other gacha/rpg games on mobile. And when the tilt hits me, I just want to watch this moment of greatness with the perfect casting from tobiwan. The chills really reset my mood. Best hyped casting in the semi finals

it was definitely a combined team effort. so many calculated moments to die and buyback with just enough heroes to defend at a time. topson escaped death at least twice, first using manta so hookshot couldnt connect, then using clone force staff on main hero to dodge arrow. then throwing his life away to create time because he had buyback. and then jerax slam was the crescendo. one of the best base defences of all time

it's on cooldown. at [55:49] game clock, you can see he just used the pike. it will cd at [56:13] but the echo slam happened [56:09]

No he only did an echo slam which was great but it was very simple. Topson held the base almost entirely by himself. He was the MVP there and frankly the MVP of this entire match.
Topson defence did. Clear mvp. Both TI,s.
Definitely Topson. Not only did he stall them effectively with his antics, he ensured the deaths of Mirana and Bane, helped to ensure TB's first death, then killed Mirana and Clockwerk (both dieback).

Both Ame and Somnus bb's weren't good deicisions imo. Specially with the Arc Warden alive, even killing Ana didn't make a difference, Topson was always the one that was going to carry this game. If they had only sieged mid plus the first t4 then left after somnus and Ame died the first time, they could probably have won this game just repeating the same thing over and over for another 20 mins. In the end, tiny mistakes like this were what cost PSG 2 TI's. Super calm and collected against any opponent, besides OG. Something about OG just got into their heads every time they played each other. GO OG!!!!

Guys, can someone please explain to me why OG faced the same team on semi finals and grand finals?
In the semi finals, the loser gets kicked into the lower bracket where they can fight for a chance to enter the grand finals. The grand finals is the winner of the upper bracket vs winner of lower bracket.
TI is played in a double elimination. This means that you start in the upper bracket, then if you lose in it you go to the lower bracket, where, if you lose, you are eliminated. In this case this was the last game of the upper bracket. The brackets then join for the grand final with the winner of this game and the winner of the lower bracket final (which is played between the loser of this game and the winner of the previous lower bracket game)

@@UAre_madness yeah but without tb playing well they would have crumbled after 25 minutes fy got most of his hero damage early game while creating space. Obviously fy was important but are qas really destroying og up until the end
