This clip of a larger discussion describes the Tri House and how Ron Culver used creative problem solving to navigate the complexities of a unique site. Due to the pie-shaped site, a solution was needed that incorporated four parking spots while still allowing ample living space. This was achieved through a cantilevered second floor and mezzanine level.
