It is kind of refreshing for a vlogger to also make a video when he/she is not at their best (sick, tired etc) . It shows another side of you. Great job Yuka and get better
Yuka, get well soon! When I have a fever, I can hardly eat anything. I'm just lying in bed, luckily I haven't had a fever in the last 5 years, not even a cold. Vicks or Wick VapoRip helps a little with colds and fever. A cold compress on the forehead is always good to cool the temperature a little and tea for colds. Thanks! Well that makes two of us cute Yuka, I have been down for the last two days with an upper respiratory bug! I like to eat just regular chicken noodle soup when I am sick only no spices because it makes my stomach upset! Get better sweet girl! ✌

Be careful with daily nasal decongestant use! There's been some studies that have shown your nose can actually become dependent on them, and make your congestion worse when you don't use them. I've heard it's best to save them for when the congestion is really bad and lasts more than a few hours. Feel better soon Yuka! 🙂
