Traveling to Thailand, I suggest to use Airport Rail Link (City Line) from the airport to downtown. It's a quick under 30 minutes, and the ticket price tops at just 45 baht.

Taxi are a little better to used grab app and hotels have different ranges for price it's affordable

No commission but you have see the rate they give you
is the airport the best to exchange dollars? not in the city or banks?
