Can we use any type of mouth wash to rinse or is there a specific type?
It can be alcohol or chlorhexidine based.
10 days post op still swelling on right side of cheek and i feel some contractions and got bruised and lump but absolutely no pain .Is this normal

How long to wear compression garment after buccal fat removal?
You typically don't need a compression garment after buccal fat removal.
How many of this procedure do you do in a year on average?

Can you actually smoke cigarettes 2 weeks after buccal fat removal? And what is the difference people who smoke and not smoke with the results?
I always advise people to give up cigarettes and also not VAPE with nicotine either. They both generally reduce blood supply and thereby increase risks of infection and delayed healing. If people do it, I don't think it would make much of a difference to the cosmetic result as long as complications don't occur.
How soon can you return to work?
It depends on what you do, but for most office type work, you can return within days. Yes there will be swelling and potentially bruising but that settles and can be concealed using concealer or masks or when working from home, people generally won't notice on Zoom, etc.
