+Hashtag Shaco it does damage after it goes a certain distance. This happens with every targeted projectile in the game, including auto attacks and tower attacks.
You can make it slightly further by adding a thresh and using his e to cover more distance on the very end ... might work but its gonna be just 1-2 seconds but still worth trying
You should try adding tahm kench eating shen and tp'ing and kalista ulting and tp'ing, also an enemy poppy ulting and a blitz hook+thresh lantern and hook, and a lee+trist ult.

You can do it actually a lot longer if you have a Kalista with Teleport bound to Shen. If done right you can pull Shen in as Kalista and teleport back to the enemy base for another recall back to the own base (and maybe Shens Ult might be ready again then lel)
kool vid. I have been thinking about doing this but with dravens ult. But wouldn't have travelled as far as this nunu e did. also would have been mad if it increased in size and damage for the distance travelled
