Thanos's snap was mentioned in Eternals. But for the rest it probably wasn't worth mentioning as... well what the fuck would they do about some people seeing a Celestial for a few seconds? What would they be able to do about Tiamut being partially emerged and already DEAD before anyone besides the Eternals saw him? The rest of that stuff isn't brought up because there's either no lasting after-effects or there's nothing fix.
