im confused on where 3 items drop,blackened heart, evanescent mask, and field surgeon,where do you find them?
Blackened heart is dropped by Dieter-Rottentail who shows up in affixed dungeons with the hare-trigger temper affix.
Evanescent Mask is from the chest merchant's armor chest. (most of the extra dmg premium bundle gear are gotten from the chest merchant, be sure to use fatebound-wish when opening chests.)
And field surgeon is obtained from using amethyst embers on Trial of Ember. (Using 300 amethyst ember guarantees a field surgeon, and the second fatebound on it is based on the map of the boss you're fighting.)

Premium bundle is legendary equipment that has spirit fatebound named "premium bundle" So there's 2 type of premium bundle, first os from dungeon drops, second is from opening chest from chest merchant
