Great video, I'm following your paragon guide, and my dps has stagnated at 200m even with items similar to yours, if you can tell me how to scale the damage even further to billions I would be very grateful😊
@@SunRyser998 i reccomend checking out substats bcuz substats can greatly affect damage as well
@Jeloholic can you explain the boons that you are using and the minions?
@@carlricher2324 storm shaman doesnt need minions amd the boons are just for a slight extra dmg

@@carlricher2324 oh um from wat i know its Zulan triumvate and 3rd is any defensive eidolon
