Put glitter in the concrete. Start out with a thicker glitter base, and lots of glitter in a liquidier concrete mix, (maybe get the kids to hit the table with sticks to make vibrations as it sets) and hopefully the glitter in the watery concrete will settle at the bottom as its curing. That way the glitter inside can meet with glitter on bottom. When its done, see wat u get.
Also, itll need to be a dense/heavy type of glitter, so it can settle to the bottom easily, thru the concrete.
