    Happy to see a video (one of the few) that delivers what its title promises. Great test and best wishes.

    Wow! Still impressed how durable the Avata 2 is, only suffering a broken prop. Nice work Stevy!

      Bro, look at that video really good. Once I press the emergency brake the drone tilts and accelerates. ⁉️⁉️⁉️

    Great testing, and thanks for showing the Avata 2 can take a crash, and still keep flying. It was starting to get a bad reputation, mostly from people that didn't have the drone, that it couldn't take a crash. Thanks for sharing Stevy.

      🙏 Thanks You 🙏. Yeah, there’s a lot of misinformation on UA-cam these days. That’s why I share my experience. People need to hear the truth from UA-camrs that live this lifestyle.
      Good or bad.
      The Avata 2 is stronger than most people believe but that emergency brake button issue is sketchy.

    Low battery power can have an effect on the CPU... like a human brain being deprived of oxygen, it can send conflicting signals to the software. I had an RC 10 car and replaced the standard throttle with a racing throttle. When the battery got low, I lost control of the car... at the beach... into the water. When I got home, I immediately switched back to the standard throttle. Cheers, Brendan

      I believe this is the best response yet. I also think it had something to do with the Avata 2 being in low battery mode. I had an issue with another drone after it went into low battery mode/warning. I started getting a lot of latency on my iPad and the drone was self-landing. The problem was, I was over water and the latency was so bad it was hard to get my direction to land correct. I eventually figured it out and got back to land but I hit a tree ☹️.
      That morning I did a firmware update that apparently made my iPad not function properly with the app. I ended up purchasing a newer iPad and sent the drone to DJI for repairs. I never had the issue again.
      Now, in this video I was using all the Avata 2 equipment from the combo. The new controller and goggles. That glitch shouldn’t have happened.

    I was wondering how many times you crashed doing the flippy floppies- it will happen all the time. “OH SHIT BUTTON MALFUNCTION”
    Well done! Stevy and thanks for sharing.

      Bro, I have a lot more crashed than that.. lol 😂 … 🤫🤫🤫
      Team man, that was scary. If you look at the video real good, once I press the break button, the drone tilts forward and accelerates.
      🤷🏻‍♂️

    Good stuff, bro. Go play with a sim for a while. 🤣
    I saw your satellite number was red, which means it didn't know where it was. My avata 1 did the exact same thing, but into the lake.

      I definitely need more sim time 🤓… 😆
      Yeah, it went bonkers on me. I’ve had no issues with satellites at that location that day into that happened. Also, I’ve flown at that location many times before with DJI drones and never had and issues of this kind.

    I've got my avata 2, it's absolutely fantastic-- I've crashed it a ton of times, it's handled almost perfectly-- except for one issue: the gimbal dampers split after a crash 😭 I had to send it in for repair bc of a tiny rubber bit that broke

    • @CaptureLifeConnection
      @CaptureLifeConnection  5 місяців тому +1

      I agree, it is fantastic.
      I’m currently traveling with mine so I’ll be release some new footage soon.
      Sorry to hear that. I’ve been super lucky my Avata 2 hasn’t broken. I’ve had some bad crashes. I hope you get a replacement quickly.
      Take care ✌️😎

    Nothing personal, why you lie ! that shit is fragile that shit will crash and break 😢 also it’s no DIY repair you have to send it back to the Dji care refresh, that cost money. I don’t know .Maybe you are so damn lucky.

    • @CaptureLifeConnection
      @CaptureLifeConnection  6 місяців тому

      Tommy, thanks for sharing your opinion. I appreciate you watching and leaving a comment.
      The footage speaks for itself. There was no need to exaggerate the truth. The two crashes that are highlighted in this video are pretty bad. And yes, it might have been luck. But regardless what you say, the drone survived.
      I’m just sharing my experience. Nothing more and nothing less. I was honestly shocked that the Avata 2 survived the last crash.
      I’m not sponsored nor have any connection to DJI. If the drone would have broke, I would have shared it in this video. I changed that one prop and the drone flew perfectly shortly after that crash.
      The Avata 2 is stronger than I thought upon first handling it. That was the message.
