27:01 - Message In A Bottle
Love Josh's playing throughout but especially on message. Keeping the spirit of Stewart and Vinnie alive!
How Josh's drumstick pops in the 28:52 and how he recovers. Pure class.
I just love seeing the joy and passion Sting puts in to this performance ... Hats off to the band too!
Josh Freese nice job filling some big shoes!
I think this is my #1 version of "All This Time". It's perfect with additional great backing vocals & players. Sting sounds & looks fantastic. Thanks for the upload! "I Can't Stop Thinking About You" was a treat as well. Thanks for the upload. 🙂
Love this arrangement of All this time. Beautifully done!
Omg....Josh Freese drummer exstraordinary.....fantastico...
He dropped the stick, but being a pro, he didn't miss a beat. Met him a few weeks ago...he's a class act.
Sting is ageless. He has a young heart.
I love you Sting....thanks so many great songs from Venezuela.
Such a delight to see that Sting is loyal to his roots in rock & roll. He shows us how to be in shape, physically and emotionally.
29:00 amazing recovery
Good mix. Sting's bass sounds really good in this performance. I hear a touch of sub-harmonic effect on his bass.
This band has very good sounding instruments .. great sound 😎👍✨
This set sounds superb.
Love NEXT TO YOU!
Haha...when Josh lose his drumstick at 29.01..it actually looks like a great drumstick tricks
My love❤
Wonderful
Muito boa apresentação. Sting 64, parabéns!
😮
génial..comme toujours
звук отличный. В моих Bang&Olufsen звучит бесподобно
AMAZING! Great concert. Killer new band. Sting, amazing as always. Is that little drum moment at 29:01 a mistake or just a killer trick?!?!
definitely on purpose trick I guess
trick for changing stick, not sure if he did; better do it regularly as part of your play, not just in rehearsal
Hehe...that is a killer cool mistake wich is a killer trick look alike. Not very often the loss of a drum stick end up on the snare ready to just grab and play :D Love it
All drummers drop sticks from time to time. But it wasn't a mistake, he didn't miss a beat even a little.
No trick. He threw it away. I would guess the stick was starting to break. Josh Freese is one of the worlds most renowned drummer, so he changes to a new stick without missing a beat. He's a pro.
josh freeze with different beat but it"s damm good
🧚♀️😘
His loyal lieutenant Dominic Miller always in a corner
I just watched Dominic's interview with Rick Beato. That's what brought me here.
@@rickcole349 Saw it as well, but came here for this live version of "All This Time" ~ the rest was great as well. Never seen this before. Just an excellent band. The man who created the "Shape Of My Heart" riff 🙂
Setlist?
Great drummer. Who´s this guy?
he actually introduces the band at some point
Josh Freese!!! From the Vandals, Devo. Seen him play with Weezer and tomorrow will see him with Sting. He's awesome.
a perfect circle too and somes songs on Chris Cornell euphoria morning album. He´s awsome!
Played with Nine Inch Nails for quite a while too
Great band but I always think the police sounds so sanitised with Stewart and Andy
Terrible drummer..surprised at Sting. After Vinnie and Manu this guy butchers the songs with his over playing.
wrong
@@joshkelly794 I notice his name is Josh and your name is Josh. Any chance you’re defending your own drumming?😂 seriously though, following your well thought our response I went back and had another listening. Yep. Overplays to buggery. Not saying he can’t play, but he plays like a 15 year in his first band. Being back Vinnie.
hahaha. what an ignorant statement. Yeah he overplays a bit, but his taste is great so so what. He's only one of 3 drummers in LA that get all the calls to do sessions.
Go back and listen to the original Police recordings and watch some live performances with Stewart Copeland. The same type of “overplaying” going on there - because they were on fire and that’s the style and because he could!
Josh captures the style very well. Even without the octobanes.
