After some research, this song was demo'd by Paul and John in their hotel room while filming Help! in Obertauern, Austria. This was probably around mid March 1965.

The raw tape runs longer (you can hear John leaving the lavatory, and walking into the studio) and you hear the rest of the band rehearsing. On the tape you can also hear a playback of take 4 and some sound effects.
