This helped me immensely. I lost my husband 2 years ago. My health has neen slipping for years. I watched my friends and acquaintances move far beyond me. I lost everything we worked 30 years for. I wondered why I never felt resentment towards my kids achievements. Obviously part of my dreams and goals is to see my kids have the best possible lives while on this planet. Now..I need to take my envy towards others and make my own set of goals. I am on this planet anyway. Why not work to get all I want while I am here? I am 65. First goal, improve my body strength and health. Thanks for the beginner's exercise videos. They give me hope and confidence. ❤

This made beautiful sense, i love it, i got a new way to look at it. and at the end of the day it kind of validated my thought on it. When i became envy of someone in my life. i took a step back and reevaluate myself and situation, i made a decision to work toward my dream, i also separated myself from her because the relationship was becoming toxic and i dint want that. Nice content.
