- The goal of the 54 YPC was to expand on the huge success that Aquila has enjoyed by continuing the brand loyalty to a larger, more distinguished powered catamaran.

Captain Steve is the person I would contact when buying a boat.
Damn skippy
Yea, me too
Capt. Steve is the Casey Kasem of the boat world. Huge fan of this channel.
Captain Steve doesn’t review boats, he stares them down until he gets the information he wants.
Yep. Capt. Steve balks at the horn button out of sight! He blows a gasket at no side door access at the helm.😡
Are you saying he is the sea going version of Chuck Norris...!!??!!
This boat looks as if it would be easy to live on full time if you wanted too.
That master stateroom 🤯
hi captain. I'd like to know the price of thus beauty in this configuration
Captain Steve, please make a review of the new 2021 Silent 60 from Silent Yatchs!!!
Nice! It's almost like a mini version of the 70.
Great boat... I agree, I'd love a question and answer session with Capt. Steve before purchasing a boat and even a few lessons. No matter the cost !
Looks like a ship out of the star wars series.Awsome!
I enjoy your videos . I think that they have really helped me narrow down what type, brand and year I want to get when I finally get a boat ! Thank for all the information you have provided .
We love hearing this! Thanks so much for sharing. :)
Nice
beautiful layout and video !!!! videos don' t HAVE TO BE 30 MIN LONG OR MORE THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! WELL DONE AND LOVELY YACHT.
That lay out is perfect!! Ugh
This is the perfect portable, shallow draft yacht to have on deck of a 150 meter + Lurssen 😄
I like the slightly smaller power cats 54 is my favorite size
Thank you Steve. I have this one on my list.
Captain Steve, can you do a sea test on the new sea ray slxr 400e? Need more information on boat.
Impressive
Awesome video. Awesome boat. Awesome Rolex. You keep doing your thing, man. Seems to be working out for you.
LOVE this power cat!
Love cats, the space is incredible
Would like to see inside steering. Beautiful yacht ‼️

On your feedback have you seen response from the manufacturer?
Great job and spectacular vessel!
The manufacturer included links to Capt Steve's features and test run vids on their website. I'd say they're pleased with what he has to say.
I can only afford the scale model...maybe.😊
You are right it needs that stove vent and the handle to that outside cabin door . I am surprised it doesn't have those. I am glad there are people like you doing these video's, the average buyer would probably miss those small and important details.
washer, dryer ?
Beautiful 💞
Captain, what will be the biggest engine for these yacht?, and what will be the maximum cruising speed for it?
Captain Steve, since you like both catamarans and larger boats, how about taking a look at the Calcutta 480 and/or the Aspen C120. Although to sea trial the Aspen you would probably have to travel to the Seattle area. The Aspen is a rather odd duck for a catamaran of 40' length, it only has a single engine (Volvo Penta 330 standard, optional a 440).
Thank you, will share with the team! And we do travel to Seattle and all over the country when we test.
Captain Steve does not review boats.
He acknowledges their submission to his will.
$?
On a trip ,is temporary moring berths difficult to find?
I realize the range may be broad but.... price(ish)? $1.6 / 2mm ??
I'd love to get a tour of Captain Steve's own boat......
WHAT IS THE PRICE ON THESE UNITS?
Okay but how sea worthy is all that glass..? So if I'm out at sea and a storm comes up on me. Am I gonna make it home or am I gonna sink..?
Are you being serious? You'll be just fine...
@@mrdr8395 lol. As someone who has experienced a window being blown out due to a wave. Yes. I am DEAD SERIOUS. Those windows are great while at anchor. I just wouldn't trust them in rough seas. There's a REASON why MOST deep water vessels have either VERY small and few windows or, and this is especially true for Nordhavns, have extra protection for their windows if you expect to be in rough seas.
$2.5 mil ?
Would love to see this with two state rooms, without a flybridge and electric motors with solar panels
Depending on one stream of income had never made any millionaire and earning check doesn't put you in Forbes
Interesting most people don't understand the market moves and tend to be mislead in facts liketgis and depend on money in the bank.very bad Idea
@@joycejulie4291 Investing in crypto now should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you'll be ecstatic with the decision you made today.
I totally agree with that
Crypto is the new gold
I tried investing once but withdrew due to the fluctuations in price
Is it an optical illusion or is the AQUILA name/logo crooked? @ 9:07
No five cabin
Big fan of Capt. Steve but not of the Aquila 54. With a base price of $1.5mil I’d want more than fibreglass and formica. It looks cheap and has zero style, kinda what you’d get if you bought a catamaran from IKEA. Sorry not sorry.
Call me crazy, but I still thing the Leopard 53 Powercat is nicer. Personal opinion, I know, but still.
The Aquilia’s state rooms are nice, but it is clearly a much heavier boat. The leopard’s superior performance, range, and fuel economy would make it my choice as well.
