Hi, Chef Shima!
Thanks for showing us how to make fried pork skins. I think that boiling the skins with ginger and onion would add a lot of flavor. I wasn't expecting it to take 4-6 hours to dehydrate them in the oven--sometimes good food definitely does take time.
