Yes Old Trafford is falling apart but to rank it a bomb site is a tad bias and unfair. It is still regarded as one of the most iconic football stadiums even in its condition today. History, prestige and the fact it is still the highest capacity club ground in the country. The shit that stadium has gone through even with the neglect of the Glazers is impressive on its own.

As a southampton fan I rate it as bombsite. Boring as fuck and the shape and distance from the pitch makes it impossible to make a good atmosphere. Let alone our crowd struggles. BOMBSITE

...it actually is a bomb site. It got bombed twice during World War II and wasn't fit to host football afterwards until August 1949.
atmosphere isnt the same in recent years either which is a shame. Stretford end is still great though
