Thanks, Ryan - that's my sweet spot...crank the volume and gain, and use varying right hand attack. It's the best way (in my opinion) to show what a guitar is really capable of.
Looked like the tuners were replaced the put back to stock but only got a quick shot of that Cracked nut as well but hey it's a 50 year old guitar Sounded really good That amp is awesome but would of liked to hear w/o so much reverb Only cause not my thing Prefer touch of echo instead Good stuff 👍
Man, I tell you, I had the reverb about as low as it would go without turning it completely off. Maybe I should have! You're right, though, it's a little much. The guitar was great, though. Felt very nice, and the red is gorgeous.
Nice one, Karl! I love how you dance in and out of the point of breakup. Awesome nuance. Super inspired to find that within my playing.

5:41 .... is the nut in need of replacement ? ...but evidently the tone is cool...
Not a 1970...This is a 1967 0r 1968....In 1969 was no dot (i) , 1970 the b and o in the Gibson logo are closed with a dot on the (i).
