I had Silvana as my Ally 3 days ago and I was surprised how well she was doing.even with mage build,her survival ability seemed way more improved than before
The new clock of destiny provides hp,mp regen and hybrid defense added by vengeance spell as well as the new spell temporal reign which lowers the cd of her skill 1(dash and stun) and skill 2(which gives her shield) after using her ultimate, silvanna could sometimes turn the tides of battle.

@@r0land4323501if S2's duration is 2 seconds or longer, it'll skip its benefit from Temporal Reign as this skill only cools down after its activation ends

Tbh when I first started to used him, it was my very fisrt battle spell to him. And I would say, its fun especially if u couldn't kill them with ur ult or 1st skill😅. But now, I always used flicker
i must say she is a very fun roamer and surprisingly she can carry me as a roamer in soloq, so yeah i really like silvanna roam these past few days

She's great in this new season. I have a blast playing her in Exp. You could also build winter truncheon to use its passive after you combo ult+2nd skill since the passive does not cancel out your attack anymore when frozen
Tried an roaming Silvanna once and I turned her into an pickoff roamer (since her ult only affects 1 target), instead of the usual DMG roaming Silvannas we see on RGs and it worked once BUT I don't really recommend turning Silvanna into an DMG roamer unless your team already have enough tanky heroes to sustain the damage.
Build for roaming Sil for usual RGs?
Emblem: Tank Emblem (tier 1 talent: Thrill, tier 2 talent: Wilderness Blessing and core talent: Concussive Blast)
Spell? Depending on playstyle, Vengeance or Flicker
Itemization? Full tank (usually Warrior/Tough Boots and applied with the blessing Conceal for more stealthy pickoffs, TB, AC, AS, DI and BA depending on the lineup)
That way, Silvanna can still pick off targets while at the same time, tanking enough damage, giving her teammates more time to do the damage, albeit with her ult may sometimes be unreliable. Though I personally prefer Chou if I want an pickoff roamer since he has high mobility to dive into the backlines and give vision and also has multiple CCs: Airborne and displacement, his passive activates fast and.... his kick aka ult is what makes him game-changing when it comes to picking off targets. Just play like Lolsie or Jaypee, not Luke and you can still win RGs with the Chou
It is not effective because 1 basic cc can cancel her 2nd skill
So just go full damage and hunt the backline
She can target backline easily
She is one of the best hero for solo rank because her ult is lite version of terizla which can change pattern of the game
Full DMG roamers only viable if you have any frontline sidelaners and utility junglers btw

Oh no Hororo shown it now 😂. Well I played Silvanna roam plenty times and never got defeated yet (Silvanna is my fav fighter hero). She's currently seems good with semi tanky build. Hope she's not getting banned soon.. But the thing is that I dont play it at ranked yet, just doing some practicing in classics with some experiment build & meta change so I dont know how effective is this Silvanna in ranked games..

Since the start of the season, I played silvana roam and I'm on a winning streak. I played hybrid build with thunder belt + feather of heaven with weakness finder for slow.
Ive played Faramis roam, im on a 13 win streaks with 10mvps with him😍

You can use CoD and Sky Piercer/Genius on her and the rest is defensive item
If Moonton could just add an option where we can choose a certain item to ban even just a single item, like sky piercer then I would choose it immediately
Defense boots (conceal ability) + clock of destiny + glowing wand + oracle
That's my roam silvanna build, tanky while also damaging, last 2 items adjust according to enemy types
A late game full damage silvanna is scarier tbf. She can delete any mage mm or even assassin with just skill 2

Her main problem was that her ult could easily be ruined by a simple cc .😢
If 2nd skill becomes immune then will be good. But now her skill 2 can be easily cancelleld
Silvana ultimate CD is too long to be roamer, its single target and cannot lock specific enemy, but i think she still can go roam if you use fleeting time
Maybe focusing mark will work?

I did play her a lot even before this remake. Mostly as jungler, she was pretty dangerous. As exp laner too, but it was a little more difficult.
Now she even easier to play than before. I just have to get used to new first skill.
Never tried Sylwanna as roamer though. I think there a lot of characters more fitting that role.
If we're talking about FLEX picks for EXP, jungle and roam, I think Guin fits better than Sil and at some point Barats since he can counter setters very effectively due to his 2nd skill and ult
She could only be viable as a roamer if the exp/jungler is on tank build.

@@uvindukulathunga3860 actually she can, roamer is not only limited to utility supports such as tanks and healers. There are also burst supports/damage dealing supports, such as natalia,saber, helcurt(actually was used as a roamer by baloyskie in pro scene), even khaleed has a potential to be a roamer due to his passive. Jawhead as well which has almost the same playstyle of saber as a roamer. Novaria was also seen in pro tournaments as a roamer despite of being squishy. That is why silvanna has also a potential to be a roamer as a damage dealing/burst support due to her gank potential which she can dash and stun(1st skill), lower the defense of the enemy(passive), and hold an enemy to its position(ss).
Alu with new thunder belt, Q.wing and war axe is a beast. Try it Seiya
Tank silvanna never really left. People just stopped using it, I still only used genius wand for damage and rest defensive items and her damage would still be op .

Nah I use her more as a Jungler due to the emergence of Sky Piercer. She's tanky enough to survive any Assassin Roamers and can jump to kill the MM even with just 2 Attack Items.

I still remember using her with just 2 magic build then the rest was def item, really good at Teamfight with high damage.
(Tough boots, Genius Wand, Concentrated Energy, Blood Wings, Oracle, and bruteforce) Now I don't know to play her, I am so squishy now💀

I've been playing Silvanna with Sky Piercer as roam with dire hit and she hurts so much you trigger Sky Piercer very easily. In lategame, divine and Wishing Lantern helps her to no longer fall off.

@kinglettergiletpanaguiton6129 If you used it on enemies with mostly squishies then you are an idiot so maybe that's why you think it isn't good. But when used on enemies with high HP pool like Hylos, Belerick, Balmond, or even any high HP heroes, they melt. So... maybe it's your skill issue for not reading it's passive properly?
For me, I think it's better to do an full tank Sil most of the time UNLESS, you want to amp up your team's DMG output via giving her an full DMG build because they have drafted an tanky EXP laner, any physical mid lane fighter (though the midlane physical fighters only possible if the gold laner is an Natan) and an utility jungler

I'd rather save one slot for a defensive item for sustain, It's not like your allies lack damage to need a roam to kill a single hero. And speaking of, what's with the ad hominems? @kinglettergiletpanaguiton6129 Your build is fixated on a good team. In soloq, you can't expect to have a good team and good allies so you need the damage to do things yourself. So saying "it's not like your allies lack damage", is complacency because maybe you play too much duo or trio you forget what it's like to carry the game yourself. And furthermore, this is the Internet - you'll meet actual n4sty people, the world isn't a pretty place out of school, yea?😂

Harley not really since he has low hp pool and growth. Not to mention he lack cc compared to Silvanna.
Harley.... I think ranged heroes aren't meant to be punchbags, so maybe Silvanna + Hilda would be a good combo for magic DEF shredders

What i like to do with silvanna is Thunder belt 1st item followed up by oracle
Honestly she can put up a very good fight against pretty much anyone with those 2 items alone ( I have petrify spell because i hate how fragile her 2nd skill is )
From there i can either go full tank with twilight armor, queens wing, radiant armor and ice dominance
