@@pablosproduction9387 Sorry about all the questions, but I didn't see how many quarts you used. I do a complete fluid change each time in mine. There are over 10 quarts of transmission fluid in the transmission, and the draining you just performed only removes about 3.5 quarts of that. I was asking how much fluid you actually replaced?
When using this machine what do you do if you’re going to use another type of fluid for a different model vehicle. How do you clean it so there is little contamination?
We have different machines one for cvt transmission fluid and the other one for ATF standard transmission we don’t mix fluids and those happen we send the machine to get clean, Now in a independent shops not sure how they doit maybe manually btw thank you for your comment hopefully I answer your question also thank for watching the content 💯
Hello Pablo thank you for having made this video, first time I can see the BG machine operated. My transmission is an 8 speed automatic 2015 Genesis/hyundai G80 54K miles. Still OK to flush it ? Does the GB flush machine work for Hyundai/Genesis trans ? Thank you, Hugh
How do you know how many quarts of new fluid to put into the machine so you don't overfill the transmission or underfill the transmission? For instance let's say I have a 2020 Honda Accord Turbo 1.5L Manual Transmission how many quarts or pints of New Transmission fluid should I put in the machine so I won't overfill the car or underfill the car? And safer instinct I have a 2020 Honda Accord 1.5 l turbo Automatic Transmission how many quarts of new transmission fluid should I fill the machine with so I don't overfill or underfill the car ? And where exactly do you connect the yellow hose and red hose ?
On this service the machine takes out 12q and puts in 12q while it’s taking out it puts in and your car there’s a service we’re u do a drain and fill every 15k miles the drain and fill it’s 3 1/2 quarts
"Fluid exchange" is the more correct term. No machine actually "flushes" the transmission, as in "forces fluid through it to scour it clean". It just replaces the fluid.
Thanks, yes for levelling, owners’ manual asks to check the level at 170F, but I saw some technicians ask to change the fluid cold at ~80F so its’ physical condition is good not expanded due to characteristics of trans fluid
Yes you could do a lot of people say to doit while it’s cold so you won’t burn your self cause sometimes the access to the lines it hard but when I done them the cars are always hot cause they come in for the service and want to get out you know and never had a problem with them I think it’s preference on how the Tech work and explains it 🙂
Can this be performed on a 2017 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L with 60k miles? My owners manual calls for something like this but I've heard bad things about fluid flushes
I think went 30k miles over usually here in Toyota a full flush it’s at 30k miles and drain and refill at 15k it I would do a drain and refill in your situation
Hi Bob thank you for commenting and subscribing And I did offer them the filter on the Quote but they Decline they Said if the transmission Flush kit came with the transmission cleaner why would they spend on the filter but you know like they say “Customers always right “ Lol
@@richiethetopcargarage6380 it's in the video. You put tha machine between the cooler and the tranmission pump. You can do the same procedure without a machine by connecting a tube to the cooler outlet and into a drain pan. If you go to your local Toyota dealership it cost around $250 if you never done a service on it and you have high miles I wouldn’t recommend doing it transmission may start acting up after the full flush .
I was considering gettting it done since I bought it used 6months ago and it has 150k miles. I'm not sure if it's been done before. Drives fine and i have no issues right now with the transmission. I'll just leave it as is. Lol. Thank you for the reply

PEOPLE....do NOT fall for this gimmick. It's like a snake oil salesman. You CANNOT flush out a transmission and remove the sediment out of the pan and clean out the filter. If you do not remove the pan, clean it out and install a new filter, it's a waste of money.
Thank you for watching and commenting and you can go to your local Toyota dealership and ask to do a Transmission Flush if your vehicle it’s high miles I would give it a second thought to that idea only because that service it’s every 30k miles and if you went over that and trying to doit you may damage you transmission.

Is it ok to do the flush at 170-180F after driving? Or do I have to let it sit overnight so the process can be performed at 86F for safe?
