This walking tour was so delightful. Lucern is just as I remembered it when I visited there with my daughter about 35 years ago. We stayed at the home of a cousin and her husband, who were born there. My paternal grandfather was born in Zug, Switzerland, a short train ride west of Lucern on the way to Zurich. It is such a beautiful country, clean, orderly, and well managed. Also, it is so nice to see how they have preserved and maintained their history and heritage. I was born and raised in the midwest of the US and have imagined how it would have been to grow up there surrounded by all of that beauty. ❤
