Searched several N systems and the Plasma planets were all "Hard" rating no Ultra's so finally warped to one and it had Abyssal base which was ultra hard to get through and after a hundred deaths managed to get the entropic weapons and cells didn't see the drones though, maybe that's the difference with Ultra's.
You can also find them on dead soldiers in the POI's but you have to be a masochist to walk into a abyssal poi. I think I died 50? times before popping the core

Yes, exactly. The Hard planets do not have drones.

Yeah that POI is tough solo, but not too bad as a small group.

The PDA might give some insight, but they should be random throughout the galaxy
