Hey guys if u still can’t connect make sure you’re actually signed in. PlayStation sometimes randomly logs me out. Settings>Account Management>Sign In, Hope I helped.
The only thing shit about PlayStation is the servers and software. There’s always something wrong like I always try to connect a credit card to my PlayStation and it always says it’s wrong and then always signs me out of my psn for some reason and never wants to connect to my wifi even tho my phone and other devices connect without a problem
Idk I feel like there is an outage but I'm not 100% sure they said that they were messing with the ISP but idk if that has anything to do with what is happening right now to alot of us ps4 players

Some of you can try rebuilding your database Step 1: turn off the ps4 completely step 2: press and hold the power button till you hear two beeps step 3: go to rebuild database
This has to be one of the most frustrating problems try putting your PS4 on safe mode to check for an update ,if other approaches don’t work phone Sony ,my PS4 just happened to work again one day

I bought a new ps4 yesterday and this damn problem got me right from the start, once again. I did a bunch of stuff including some of the things you showed in your video, but no luck, psn servers are up and running, and the only way i can install my games is through the playstation app on my phone

@@jakebrumley7550 the problème is all the games the Subscription are kinda expansive either in my country .. For example in the us you can find a game with 60 dollars an american can get it on a day work while in mine you need weeks😂
On WiFi I can log to PSN but not on lan cable?? I did the switch from WiFi to Lan cable then copying the IP adres and all the rest tried all your advices restarted the router and still can’t log on psn with lan cable

After few research this worked for me, using google dns Go to Settings > Network > Set Up Internet Connection Select WiFi or LAN depending on how your PS4 is connected to your router Select Custom and use the following parameters: IP Address Settings: Automatic DHCP Host Name: Do Not Specify DNS Settings: Manual Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4 MTU Settings: Automatic Proxy Server: Do Not Use

Jasmine also if you have a laptop or something that can use WiFi, and you got a Ethernet, use a vpn on your laptop then connect you ps4 through Ethernet to ur laptop and go lan cable connection on your PS4, it should work then too, if you have problems still look up on UA-cam how to use a VPN on your PS4,
Check the cable u should see cat5 , cat6 cat6e cat7 I think cat8 I can't remember but they all have ranges i think cat 5 is 1-10 mbs u can look them up
ERROR OCCURRED FIX: I found the fix! Listen carefully! 😊 1. Turn off your playstation. 2. Now and hold the playstation power button, and hold it untill it beeps twice. 3. Now a black screen with several options will show up. Choose option 4: restore default settings. 4. Now it’s gonna make your playstation restart, and login everything again from the beginning.. but don’t worry. 5. Fill in all the info it asks you; your wifi, timezone etc. 6. After you filled in your info a screen will pop up that says “Device Data”. This means that the playstation has found back your data (old account). So click confirm and continue. 7. Now your back on the playstation homescreen, you will scroll to your profile. 8. Here it will ask you to sign in to your playstation network. And there you go! You’ve done all steps, i hope it worked for you. 👌

And the same thing keeps popping up: An error occured. Some helpful moves would be appreciated, because this video is not helpful. Oh, big detail: I was watching Netflix this morning. Suddenly got logged out because I was logged in somewhere else. This is when the problems started. No codes, just "An error has occured".

More than likely you got in IP ban.. was into Sony and they said I got a 48 hour ban because my firewall wasn’t secure enough. None of these things will work you just got wait out the van unfortunately.
It worked, I couldn't solve it for 6 months. I just typed the 1.1.1.1 in the DNS and 1.0.0.1 in the 2nd DNS and boom - works perfectly. Thank you very much bro
I finally got it fucking working, had to log in through my desktop add a mobile number to your account they’ll send a verification code to it, sign in on app it’ll ask u for verification code , then sign in on ps 4 . THIS WORKS
The specific problem im having was this, i started to lag REALLY badly in games (500 ping) i went to reset my wifi and it didnt connect and said error. now it wont load to connect yo the wifi and it wont let me play a game cause it says "sign into ps network" i believe this works, its just that my wifi and or ps4 is bad and cant load stuff that doesn't need connection,

Sellout it’s true. With Lan Cable I get 150mps without I get 200mps.
There's on 2 reasons for that either ur cable is out of date or your router cable is out of date

The specific problem im having was this, i started to lag REALLY badly in games (500 ping) i went to reset my wifi and it didnt connect and said error. now it wont load to connect yo the wifi and it wont let me play a game cause it says "sign into ps network" i believe this works, its just that my wifi and or ps4 is bad and cant load stuff that doesn't need connection,
