This is all rubbish ...society was very clear ...husband is the primary contributor in the home ...wife is the 2nd n then comes their parents ...u take care of their parents till they pass ...in a balanced way ....n have children n if u can't...adopt...and most husband n wife have fights .
Divorce cases should dismiss within a timeframe...2yr or 3yr max....in this case 15yrs of separation n then got divorce...this is not justice only harassment

m 38 divorced from mumbai. My wife used my body, my money n drained me emotionally. Daily arguments, no work at home, no respect, no financial contribution, no true love and threat me every day and doubts on me and had eye on my money and property.
Best solution is to stop marriage, no kids and stay stress free life with lovely pets and parents. kids after some age don't stay with parents to look after in old age.

Mam, procedure is so lengthy and time consuming where both parties suffers a lot. It should be disposed off within 6 months.

Court is for crime civil cases . .but family court should be in separate primises than side of court room ..and if both are staying separate 5 to 10 years it is eqal to auto divorce no need to discuss in court no need to come to court and apply for divorce to higher court .just submit the pfoof of separation in court and move further in life

Thank you Maam for useful and rightful information. I am going through similar situation. I have filed DV Case under 13(1) (ai). On 06 Nov 23 she will be filing Income affidavit. She kept my daughter from making contact with me. She never replied to my efforts and letter which has proof with me. When I filed the case after 22 years, she demanded 35 laksh during counselling sessions. I totally denied. I hope my case will be histotic case. Thank again for excellent video.

the worst thing I have observed is; I have asked many advocates so far about this proposition of inclusion of irretrievable break down of marriage in sec 13 but not a single advocate advises properly ...and they just suggest time consuming process to earn more fees ...I have lost the faith in seeking consultation of advocates

In Mutual consent, both the partners have to agree to divorce but in the other case, one can say that I don't want to continue this marriage without blaming the other person.

Madam its not so easy as it looks. For the last 2 years we have been going through mental trauma and the liberal attitude towards ladies has multiplied the problems. Though they do the cruelty towards husbands yet they get the benefit of "Woman Card" I am a woman but strongly oppose this law which do undue favour to the culprit
