Nasto put broken tiles at the back it will make it look very beautiful and clean. Please whenever your son is around in the compound kindly watch him because of all the bore holes so that he does not fall inside

You should leave the sensor alone even when you are not home you will need the security lights.❤❤❤
Nasto...you never switch off security lights..you actually need them even when there is nobody in the house..invest in energy saving lights..consider solar energy too
Nasto leaving lights on around your home at night even when you are not around is great it serve as a deterrence for thieves entering your compound. They will think twice

Congrats on obtaining your title deed your right you can't laminate it but you can photocopy or scan it and save it somewhere as a backup I have a title deed and indeed the process is hectic watching from Uganda.
Nasto..get a fireproof safe and put your important documents inside…store in a safe place..congrats

Things to do with documentation safety u don’t need to put them online you will be exposing yourself to intruders , you should learn not to put everything online be vigilant

Put a walkway in the back of the house you make Designs with the concrete put it in the dirt and paint it. It will look nice in that little area. or maybe they already have walkway steps in the village.👍

@Nasto, in back of the house, please use pavers and are better than concrete floor.
Nasto, security lights needs to remain on during the nights whether you are home or not, also please do not laminate important/legal documents because it renders it invalid or altered in some organizations. Also lamination can destroy the heat sensitive embedded security!

You can laminate certificates that shall not undergo any alterations in the future eg school certificates, birth certificates, recommendation certificates, certificates of participation etc. Certificates that are edited as time goes by should not be laminated eg title deeds cause eg when taking a loan, the financing partner needs to add an entry (charge) on the title in the encumbrance section. A further loan also needs another entry on the title (further charge). After clearing the loan you are also required to do another entry (discharge) to show you have cleared the loan. Etc

Nasto, when you are travelling, you leave the lights on for safety, do not turn off. Also if you are out late you will have lights on the compound when you return home.

U can remodel the front porch look by designing a big glass window door respectively so that wen u draw your curtains u create more light and good ambience. You already have the other windows they can still let in more fresh air

When you have travelled is when you really need the lights on (sensor lights) - so it is a good thing for your property.
DO you know the meaning of SENSOR SECURITY LIGHTS? They are not there for when you are only on the compound. Those things barely burn any sort of power. Check how much power it uses on you solar, you barely even notice a difference.
@Nasto the reason they are called security lights it because they need to be on at night whether u are there or not. So no need to switch them off when traveling 😂

Nasto the light are dusk to dawn and are designed to come on when it gets dark and shut off when it’s daylight but am not sure of the kind you have some the can adjust the hours ❤
Nasto you can be asked this title at the Embassies for visa as proof of ownership and can get a loan , photo copy the land title but not laminate, even bith certificates you donnot laminate due to the stamp in those documents is the original and can be scanned for official purposes .

As you rightfully said that document is official and legally recognize by governmental, financial and judicial institutions.
That title deed will be a major “ feather in your hat” when applying for a loan or attempting to procure visas to most first world countries.
Make sure Nasto to get a proper lockable safe built into the wall or cemented in, but never stand-alone to prevent it being carried away if your home is rob
There you can safe-keep your important documents like passport and vehicle title away from theft, heat, moister and rats.
Certainly, the safe ( with combination lock) should be several feet off the floor,( in your master bedroom) just in case of flooding in your home.
You can laminate any documents to prevent it from getting torn.
