In the sixties every year a new champion, the domination from Bayern Munich and Borussia Mönchengladbach in the seventies with all the great german internationals.
The biggest surprise was the way from 1.FC Kaiserslautern in the nineties.
1996 relegated in the 2'nd BL
1997 back in the 1'st BL
1998 German Champion
And now, it's so nice with Bayer Leverkusen .
Yesterday against West Ham they don't lose. Since 44 games they unbeaten, new european record.

In Germany the national titles are only for the Bundesliga? I remember that in 2012 Dortmund celebrated with a special t-shirt that said "8 German titles".
