have you tried the hero Uziel since the changes? im enjoying mine alot, the light ppcs feel so good on it., for reference im making use of its HSL for light ppcs so i can run 4.
Try the Katana Kat, Panther. The PPC velocity perks on it are wild. 4 light PPCs, a few jump Jets, and solid speed make it an excellent flanker. Don't get me wrong, I love the Uziels, cute little murder balls, but the torso hit boxes are a liability.
I took advantage of the 50% off sale to get the Hero Uziel (Belial) and I wasn't expecting much. Honestly it's one of the most fun mechs I'm grinding at the moment. Having the HSL +1 quirk for LPPC means you can fire all 4 at once. Drop in a LE300/XL330 for speed and a crap load of JJ because you've got tonnage, and it just rockets around the battlefield. The LPPC change has done wonders for this mech. Can't recommend enough.
Sorry baradul, but I can't ever foresee myself using this. Running a mech like the catapult in a way that isn't symmetrical seems like a crime against all of battletech.
Made a K2 with two heavy ppcs in the arms, 2 light machine guns and 2 medium lasers in the side torsos. Got 11 killing blows and +1200 damage on River City. I love this mech so much
Try it with 4 large lasers , light engine 310, 6 DHS & endo steel with light ferro. Its alpha of all 4 large pasers is quite suprising and very heat sustaniable.
I'm loving LPPC right now. Took my old Sparky outta storage and loaded it with 6 LPPC's. Set them up for a left right punch, as well as a rotary chain fire. Can't alpha with the build but that's ok

@@Krc3d i have both, i just really like the HSL on the uziel, being able to alpha repeatedly feels good. i hated the Uziel before the changes

I really dig the Catapult, that said, it's agility is shyte, and dies from Lights in five seconds tops lol.

Funny, I do this on a Champion as well. But I did not get a single match so far where I could play to it's strengths.
