Do not worry about tensioners. Please notice they are symetric as the baby seat can be mounted on both side of car. But only one tensioner works at once - the one next to door. On the other side seat belt goes higher - but according to the manual it's not to high. Proper "locked" position is when tensioner is pulled up. Please watch again how tensioner works on door side. It's tightening thr seat belt by pulling it up.

Fatalnie zamontowany fotelik. Pasy w ogóle nienapięte. Fotelik należy mocno docisnąć kolanem, naciągnąć pasy, a dopiero zamknąć blokadę.
