- Location for the final Peaky Blinders scene, this is a must see landmark in the Peak District. A relatively easy 5 mile circular hike, with breathtaking views in every direction.
I did this one from Hollinsclough. Nice little circular. High Edge overlooking the race track & old airfield isn't private land. You can get in both bunkers but nothing there really. Beautiful spot. I had to do this in two bites as we went on a really hot day and ran out of water, doh!!! Did Parkhouse and Chrome. Came back and did Hollins and High Edge. Great hikes both times. Thanks for the upload.
Ohhh really.. that’s good to know.. I was a bit weary as there is only one footpath on the very edge of it .. but I couldn’t help have a look. Love anything like that 😁
Another great video and beautiful views you are very lucky keep up the great work ❤❤
Thankyou so much Simon .. wishing you a wonderful weekend 🥰
The views make that hike so worth while, although tricky in places 😉 you did well holding your phone coming down that peak, great vid well documented.
Ohhh it’s a rough path down that’s for sure 🐉
Cool video, have you tried the Tissington trail? It's a nice circular walk which includes walking by the river dove and wolfscote dale
Yes I’ve done a few miles on the tissington trail.. I love Tissington village! 😍
Nice little walk there with glorious views. That cow at the end tried to headbutt you, best sticking to making friends with humans!
Ermmmm.. I think it’s best to stick to being solo 🤣
@@barefoot_ventures if you've been meeting people worse than that, time to find somewhere else to go out! 🤣
Another great video. Wouldn’t bother trying to make friends with the cows they are trying to kill us 😂
I agree with you there.. stay away from them 🤣 🐄
Great video of a great walk 🔥🐉
Thankyou.. i love this little route 😁
@@barefoot_ventures me too!

Young un…. Thanks 😝😝
@@barefoot_ventures well you are duck ,I'm on way out ,your still finding new adventures, it's Lovely.
Hi,love your content and am planning on doing the ‘dragons back’ on Friday. What would be your advice on where to park?
Either early sterndale, hollonsclough or Longnor. Enjoyyy
Another place I am totally unfamiliar with so always interesting to see new places and (sorry) had to lol at the Pub name, that has to be a first 😅. Loved the view when you walked out of the two stone pillars and out in the the open countryside and that did look a canny pull when you started to climb but that was a dam shame about the sheep with (what looked like) broken leg. Looked a bit sketchy on the way down mind but man, the views were stunning! Funny, I am very sociable but have been called unsociable before as I do like to hike early doors when I can walk for miles and hours without seeing anyone else but always enjoy a good rabbit if I bump into someone else on the trail. Loved the video but not the cows, I hate the bloody things - on a plate with chips and mushrooms, fantastic but running loose in a field, not for me. No way I want to make friends with a cow, especially that big black one! Cheers Alan
This one is a must do if you’re ever in the area.. I’d say prettiest hills in the peaks 😍 if it’s good enough for Peaky Blinders 😆 cows were at least behind a wall this time 😝 and definitely a sketchy path down that side, but a lot of fun! 🤩
Proper action woman 👍
Lara Croft Derbyshire edition
Unsociable ..... but you speak to your viewers in such an endearing way . 😊
Thankyouuu.. it’s very different for me. 5% for the camera.. 95% on my own and in my own thoughts 😁😁 best of both worlds!
Mmmmmm bunkers 🤔another treasure hunt like the tractor near the Roaches
Everyone loves a good treasure hunt!
Can you get lost and in the car parking free and easy available?
Yes you can get lost.. as always. Lots of free parking around the villages and lay-bys 😁
