@@DownstreamV I have the Nova here in the UK, very concerned about the soft plastic being used in these boats..not sure how durable the boat will be on regular rocky runs???
Wade Harrison has a video up on this comparison I believe but basically the mixmaster is quite a bit easier to throw around. Would be great for someone just learning or who doesn’t want to put effort into getting ends. However besides that this boat is the best in every single category. Way more comfortable, better downriver, more balanced end to end, and it is the best surfing boat on the market hands down.
Totally different boats I know, but does it surf better than the ozone and antix 2 which are the 2 best surfers I have. Looking for something that surfs as well as the ozone but more playful bow
Highly unlikely. Best case is to call a few dealers like noc, ace adventure etc and get on a list. It will probably be awhile before the next wave comes in.
@@DownstreamV unfortunately seems to be the case. Shops out here can’t even get word from Dagger on an ETA, and they have wait lists for Codes and Rewinds they haven’t been able to fill for months. 🤦🏼♂️
RPM is more of a half slice. Nova is the most comfortable full slice we have paddled! The bow is a lot more capable to stall and cartwheel compared to the RPM.
Great review Matt and Johnny! Professional content! Thanks! I want some of that merch!! 😜
Thanks man ! Gauley fest we’ll have a bunch available!

@@alanhancox1358 honestly all plastic is about the same nowadays. Zet and waka are a bit better but everyone is about the same. Just enjoy the boat !
@@DownstreamV Cheers..Sold my Ozone for the Nova..The pyranha plastic..was much stiffer..but the Ozone no way as playful as the Nova..brilliant boat!!
Wow man, incredible production value
Thank you we appreciate it very much!
Awesome video!! Can't wait to get mine, uk is way behind the states. Hopefully we won't have to wait to much longer. Ordered mine last year🤣
Thank you ! Yes you will love it!
How does it compare with the Mixmaster 7.0?

Yes In my personal opinion and I think wade would back me up on this, it’s probably the best surfing boat on the market.
Is there anybody on the east coast that has these avail?

@@DownstreamVat least east coast got some in first wave. Don’t think ANY got sent to PNW. 😔

So it's basically another RPM
