Safety is the key to the office fragrance that you choose. I had a boss who was wearing Armani Code Profumo, which if you haven't smelled it is not only incredibly strong, loud, long lasting and everything, but it's also very sweet and he wasn't just wearing a couple of sprays, he must have been bathing in it because you could smell him from like 20 feet away. He was using it I think to mask the smell of the weed, because you could still smell a bit of that underneath the fragrance lol. Anyways, to me I think something like Chanel Platinum Egoiste or Dior Homme Original would be amazing in the office despite smelling quite different from one another. I didn't own those fragrances the last time I worked in an office but those are the ones I'd probably reach for a lot because they're pretty safe and easy for people around you to be able to tolerate (and as an added bonus they're pretty unique and I absolutely adore them). I would 100% agree with ADG Profumo, Eau Sauvage EDT (or the Parfum tbh if you don't go crazy with the sprays), and Habit Rouge, those three are very nice and clean cut smelling and I would also reach for those in the office.
While it is nice to have a lot of fragrance reviewers on UA-cam, the community is in dire need of another professional perfumer. I LOVE Aaron Terence Hughes, and I'm loving your channel too. I really hope you are able to focus more on your channel and looking forward to learning from you. Good luck Ashley
Ashley, regards from Costa Rica. As an Attorney in a humid hot country, I have used Navitus Navus, Prada L'Homme Leau, Mancera Cedrat Boise, Xerjoff Nio, MFK Acqua Universalis Forte, PDM Sedley and Percival and the old Dior Homme. Hope this suggestions add your great selection. All the best Lazaro Broitman
Really pleased to learn about your channel from Mr Smelly interview! Great list with a lot of thought and good scenarios. I have had some of the reactions you mentioned as I like more daring fragrances in my personal time. Now my work fragrances are Creed GIT, Dior Homme Eau, ADP Intensa, and Chanel Allure Blanche. Nice fragrances without too much silage that no one can hate, while also not too common/boring.
I really love Eau sauvage EDT and Acqua di Giò Profumo, but for now Bleu de Chanel EDP is the unbeatable choice for my work enviroment. I love feeling different, and I love to wear my non-common stuff, but nothing gets the positive feedback like the Chanel does. The new Dior Homme 2020 btw, seems to work quite well too, and my skin really loves it.
Would you do a video on the topic of maceration? The idea where you have to let air into the bottle and settle for a few months to smell stronger and better.
Great topic and nice assortment of recs. I have to get my nose on Field Notes. For the office I tend to lean on moderate vetivers, Guerlain Vetiver, Terre D'Hermes, TF's Grey Vetiver, Jo Malone's Vetiver and Vanilla, Creed's original Vetiver, and of course for the big meetings Sycomore. There is plenty of variety in these, but they are all gentlemanly and won't annoy or gas out a room. And when you do switch it up to something else that will be noticed, it'll really pop.
Hi Ashley, great video. I wondered if you could do a video series on home fragrance? No one seems to ever cover this and i have no idea why! There are so many choices like plug-ins, diffusers, candles, room sprays, etc - i would be really interested to hear your take on it. I have a dog at home so i am particularly interested in keeping a fresh scent at home
Nice list of office fragrances but my go to office fragrances has to be Bvlgari Pour Homme, Chanel Platinum Egoiste and Armani Eau Pour Homme. Till this day, these three are my absolute favorites for office and everyday wear.
Pre-Pandemic (now just work from home) I liked wearing non "cologny" types of scents cuz didn't want haters to complain, even if they liked scent, yes, even guys can cause drama especially when jealous I'm the best smelling dude in the office. I wore Dunhill Icon, Burberry Touch, Prada Lhomme, Armada Legesi (disguises as a nice aftershave type of cologne with decent longevity) etc. Wanted to just smell pleasant in a very subtle and discreet way. Great list Ashley! Please do some collaborations with some Latin reviewers if possible...in Spanish of course. Andres Perfume would be awesome! 😊👍
Thank you so much! I really enjoyed your funny and thoughtful comment! And I actually did a video with Andrew in Spanish on his channel about a year ago! :)
@@ashleyinparisvideosThanks for the link! Will def take a gander. Recently subbed your channel and had no idea. Heard you speak Spanish and thought wow...how much classier and awesome can this girl get?! Lol. Only knew u from Sebastian's channel. Continued success and keep em coming! Btw...loved your how and where to apply! Jeremy...take notes! Lol
Surprised not to see Prada l'homme. It would be my go to fragrance if my workplace would allow using fragrances. I've seen you talk quite a lot about eau sauvage. I definitely need to try that one on summer. I have never even actually tried it before
I’ll catch some flak for this but Versace Dylan Blue and Prada Luna Rossa original are my go to’s for the office. 4 sprays of either and I’m good, clients compliment a couple times a week too so I suppose they’re doing their job 😂😎
The benefit of being self employed and working alone. Wear whatever you want. 😀 Downside to watching fragrance channels blind buying something Sebastian Redolescence Curly and another recommended. Then offending your own self because it's so challenging to wear. 🤣 Note to self only blind buy things certain reviewers recommend. The others are clearly noseblind. 😆
Hi Ashley, I have about 50 fragrances and while I like most of them, some are even too much for me to bear. I have recently discovered that I have a sensitivity to some harsh chemicals which can trigger migraines. What do you suggest, I know that Ambroxen bombs like sauvage are too strong! Any other chemicals or notes I should stay away from?
Interesting list. I’m not sure about ADG Profumo. Because, I had to sell it due to my sensitivity to the incense. It made my eyes water. Some other people might respond the same way.
Hello Ashley , with Habit Rouge do you prefer the EDT or EDP versions. I have been looking forward to trying these but it would be a blind buy. So my favorite work scents at the moment happen to be Armani Eau pour homme Lalique pour homme Incident diplomatique Amouage Beloved Chanel Egoiste People go crazy when I wear the Jovoy I’m constantly stoped and asked what I’m wearing which I found surprising because it smells like a challenging office fragrance from the bottle. I suppose once in the air it gives off a different effect.
How many sprays would you say is appropriate for the office? I'm always conscious of my co-workers, so I always keep reaching for the very safe non offensive colognes that I can't stand since I have over 200 in my collection. Ughhhhh! ✌🏼❤
Dior Eau Sauvage has poor price/performance. Maybe Parfum version (with less sprays) Habit Rouge.. imo a bit too old school other solid options: Prada Amber Pour Homme, Tom Ford Beau De Jour, Chanel Platinum Egoiste, Guerlain homme l'eau boisee, Amouage Lyric man
That is such a great list of office fragrances for men! I really appreciate that you thought about all these considerations. I have experienced using appropriate and not all that appropriate fragrances to an office 😅 It makes such a huge difference. Would love to see a female counterpart video!
Hi you mentioned one the notes Vanilla was attractive, is there a a cologne that you notice you can’t stop thinking about sex. Thanks or can’t stop thinking about the guy
I really like that you keep the image of the fragrance while your talking about it
Good to know! I’ll keep doing it then, thanks!
Ball Sweat # 5 always worked for me

Byredo gypsy water! Man it smells so good and radiates in humid hot weather. (Atleast on my skin/clothes)

Jaguar Pace, and Lalique Pour Homme EDP are real good freshies! I get compliments when wearing them.
Great reviews Ashley 👌

Hey love your Videos :). Can you do a Video about top 5 Parfums de Marley and your opinion about them?
Ashley, great video. I do not own Konig by Yosh. It looks interesting. Thanks for mentioning the fragrance.
Great list, I use Essential Parfums Bois Imperial and Zaharoff Signature Royal for the office
Very nice review.
Eau Sauvage from Dior is amazing.
It was my dad favorite fragrance.
I would definitely recommend it for summer.

Nice list 🙂. I think bleu de chanel is good for office..its elegant yet simplistic, very pleasant and not overly projectile.
It's a wonderful selection of choices for the office. Well done! :0)
Hi Ashley I love your channel, which do you prefer Habit Rouge EDT or the EDP version and why?
Thanks for your time, Daniel in New Orleans
ADP intensa is very good for the office. Inoffensive and close to the skin. Mature and dignified smell.

Great job!
Awesome topic
😂 LOL, I have wear JPG Ultra Male in the office and from the recepcionist up to my boss complimented me.
Ultra Male is actually a great neutral masculine fragrance once you get past the super sweet opening. I really enjoy wearing it to the office as well.
Surprised not to see Prada l'homme. It would be my go to fragrance if my workplace would allow using fragrances.
I've seen you talk quite a lot about eau sauvage. I definitely need to try that one on summer.

Lovely picks Ashley, Very classy fragrances. Habit rouge, I own the EDT, You chose the EDP, Is that your choice? Or could it be both?
Both are great!
How is the performance of these two scents?
@@TheArtofWill082 Quite good , The EDT projects better in my opinion.
I just wore Oud Wood to an interview. Think I got the job as well!
I’ll catch some flak for this but Versace Dylan Blue and Prada Luna Rossa original are my go to’s for the office. 4 sprays of either and I’m good, clients compliment a couple times a week too so I suppose they’re doing their job 😂😎
Thanks for another great video! I’d love to see more videos on female focused or unisex focused fragrances :)

Curly fragrance or curly scents

Hey Ashley, do you suggest layton as a daily scent? And how much would you spray?
what's your skin care routine and what products do you use?

Hi what would you say is your number one best male fragrance complement getting if you could pick one 👍
Nice reviews? Where are you from?
Your voice is hypnotizing 😍😍😍😍
Is Guerlain Habit Rouge unisex? It sounds like something I would like.
Ashley, have you gotten your nose on Bois Imperial by Essential Parfums?
Dear Beautiful Ashley, I love your picks. Field Notes from Paris is great. I will try Konig. Is Field Notes of Paris an EDT or EDP? 🌹❤️🌹
For me it's Dior Homme 2020 with no lipstick iris like Dior Homme intense wich I hate,it seems you love dark fragrances Ashley
Them walls be bouncy ~ the softer sounding Ashley is appreciated.
Honourable mention:Prada L'home, and Terre de Hermes!
Dior Eau Sauvage has poor price/performance. Maybe Parfum version (with less sprays)
Habit Rouge.. imo a bit too old school
