Oooh Shea and Amie collab! And it's a GREAT ONE! This goes super hard, amazingly done both of y'all. You're a wonderful compliment to each other and this might actually be my favourite Bloody Tears cover??? Which, y'know. Lot of competition out there for that one. It feels like, if you two have any weakness on your own, you're both covering it for each other so well here. Shea can struggle a little with getting those big heavily produced sounds without what I imagine is a totally infeasible amount of work for stuff like violin and erhu, and Amie (VERY much in my personal subjective opinion please feel free to disregard entirely lol) can verge a little too far on the 'vibe' side and bury the lead (sic) a little bit sometimes. This is just SO perfectly balanced out here, Amie's huge array of synths and tones and impeccable mixing and layering, with Shea driving, keeping everything centered, UGH. The more I listen to it the more I love this, you both killed it. Definitely up there with my favs from you Amie.
Its one of my favorites too! To be honest, if my greatest weakness is getting lost in the vibes, i am okay with that, lol! But seriously, one of my most favorite things is getting to work with other musicians and being able to compliment and enhance their creative excellence with my passion for emotive production, texture and vibes. This collab was an absolute highlight of my year.

Oh damn! Somehow I missed this one a couple weeks ago! The violin really elevates this cover, and of course it's an awesome track to begin with.
