The bro chat fans have been waiting on this one. Watching 2 hyper responders train!
Lol
Fouads the only hyper responder
Iain has gained alot of respect from me by how hard he was trying to do what Mike was telling him. His fsce was all intensity and concentration, like he was a new trainee.
im sure Iain is so happy to have your respect bro lmao
maybe its anonymous ifbb pro judge commenting haha lmao

You know how strong of a person you have to be to take advice when you are one of the best bodybuilders in the world. Nothing but respect to the both of you 👍🏽
Wow, I wish every gym had a Mike. I am so jealous of those who have the priviledge of being trained by Mike.
I love how Iain is always willing to learn no matter how king he has been doing this for.
Seeing how someone in Iain’s position is able to take those queues Mike gives is wild. Levels to this
It just shows. That no matter how long you have been training. There's always something that you can learn. Mike is the man who can give you that extra something. That could give you that edge come the Olimpia. ....
I like how u spelled olimpia. Cause we know all those dudes on stage aint getting hard anytime soon.
@@SUPREMELEGEND🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Iam glad to see top pros like Ian /Nick paying so much attention to training (there not the only ones) training is the most important piece of the puzzle along with Super supps /diet Mike has a great style glad to see it being seen by so many
Excellent clip. I love how mike keeps coaching every rep. He makes corrections he praises and is making every single rep count. Excellent!!
So many 'coaches' simply count reps like cheerleaders, if at all...
When guys wonder how did Iain improve his lower lats & overall back, here it is!💯💯 Plus Iain's a professional as well! Really dope to see how Iain quickly makes multiple adjustments as you give the ques, good shit, love it!💪🏿🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯
This is improvement! Iain is always confident and explains well when he trains in his videos or with someone and now is he a student which is so good to see! I love this shit so much!
Just shows you there is so much more to this than just moving the weight. Mike really understands the technical aspect of lifting which is great to watch.
So much game here. Top 7 Olympian bodybuilder with the best trainer. This how to train, this is how to grow
The way you cue, through every step as the trainee is setting up on any lift, is genuinely amazing. Top trainer, top trainee.
Chin down. Butt back. Elbow in. Let the hand go. Violent rock back. Chest up. Chin down. Left hand in. Shoulder roll. Tuck that lat. Push chest into pad. Rock back. Chin down. Let the hands go. Rock up there. Relax shoulders. Chest up. Tuck the elbow. Chin down. Rock back. Left side lat pull.
Forgot y’all talked about training together on bro chat! Hell yes
Definetly can see why you say it would be almost impossible to write a training plan. More about the queues than the movements themselves it seems
I love the intention behind each movement, no wasted reps. Good shit Mike & Ian!
It literally looks like Iain felt his back for the first time. He was working for sure! Mike, you're fkn awsome to watch. You're great at what you do! You've helped me A LOT, as well as MANY, im quite positive. Thanks for sharing your time and knowledge
I’m so glad brochat added Mike! I used to train like an optimal exercise wizard lol. Training finally feels fun and I actually feel shit I’ve never felt before.
The lower weight being used with one of the strongest ifbb pros is a very good example on how much weight you don’t actually need if movement patterns are correct. Pretty fucking informative yet very overlooked.
This duo is absolutely insane! Crazy to imagine what it would look like if Iain had an entire off season and prep of lifting with Mike haha
We need to see you with Sam Sulek. Will be awsome
Have to say Mike my back training has gotten so much better since watching your videos. I know you'd still think it was atrocious but just implementing some of these cues I can feel such a huge difference.
Was waiting on this since he mentioned it
Pure passion and love for detail. Maximum inspiration 🙏
Bloody hell he's good at what he does.
Iv legit watched every video from all the supposed best trainer. Only thing that ever fixed every part on my body was Mike. Hes king
The amount of different high quality machines for each body part in this gym is just insane! Besides barbells, I have only a couple machines I like in my gym for back
I could watch this content on a loop 👌🏽 amazing cues, especially on the position of the hips back. Massive respect to Ian. Training at it best. No bs intro, no chit chat, no gimmicks aaah I love you Mike! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love how mike instantly goes to the next machine as soon as lains finishes his set
It’s so funny seeing the weight all of these professional bodybuilders workout with, then you go to your local gym and see dummies loading 5 plates a side side on chest supported rows. “Gotta lift heavy to grow” is one of the most common beliefs in the gym, and I almost guarantee that’s the belief holding most people back.
U don't know jack shit about hypertrophy still living in the 90's?...
Such a gem video. Iain hungry for those tyrannosaurus traps.
So many minor adjustments. It's amazing to see how he is able to adjust everything in a split second to get the desired effect. Its like watching a wizard of gains in action lol
Jesus Mike is a freaking unit
Way more detailed & informative when it's Mike showing a client a movement and not by himself. Need more vids like this!!
This is great, very detailed & informative. I've been training a lot of years, always looking to improve & learn something. Thanks for posting all your valuable training content, much appreciated.
Appreciate the support, glad it’s helping.
This is the difference between a professional bodybuilder and a buff dude at the gym. People talk about talent in bodybuilding only in terms of their genetics, but this shows how talent is much more than just your genetics. Talent is your ability to execute specific movements with intent and activating those muscles purposefully. The ability to integrate ques and mid-set adaptations to maximize muscle stimulus. Technical, physical, and mechanical precision is a skill and talent that is underrated and undervalued in bodybuilding. Watching Ian train really demonstrates that difference and why he's a professional athlete, the same as NBA/NFL/NHL players. It's more than genetic muscle growth potential and gear.
Best peice of advice i took from this is when he says break shoulder first. Huge difference you feel the tension on lat through the whole movement!! 😮
Great video 👌 can't believe how glued I was to watching it as to not miss anything
all these exercise and small corrections helps a ton in reminding me to be aware of my own movement and posture when I train back and biceps.
My man is sweating from the brim! crazy inspiration
The best with eye for details and fires with cues..mike is a beast!
This is awesome. Much respect to a couple of genuine real dudes!
-Sarasota,FL
I have to watch this a few more times. All this positioning and movement queues are so excellent
I’m so glad this came out the hype is real
Iain is a great trainee at taking the cues, awesome
He really is.
Honestly Ian should do a full off season with big Mike running his back days. Iain has a great back when he’s peeled and full but if you could fill in those lower lats more you’d shut a lot of people up.
Totally step brothers that just became best friends 🤣😂
After bro chat I was waiting on this lets goo! 💪🏻💪🏻
I catch myself making the same faces Mike was making when Ian was doing his reps lol. I catch myself tightening my back muscles as he does each rep.
Great to see you guys train together! Really laugh my balls of with the brochat! Nice videos Mike!
That false idol, wolf jesus shirt. Is hilarious. Movement patterns are so inspiring.
I don’t think people realize how much knowledge is in the first 2 minutes alone…. Take notes people, open your minds
Really enjoyed this, great seeing iain going above and beyond to make improvements
I’ve been waiting a long time for this video. Finally. 😂😂😂💯💯
Super advanced way of training no doubt
This is sick. Love it
Mike is a damn muscle
Scientist💪 good work
I love how Big Mike never uses a lot of weight with his guys during training but they'll always feel the workout. Crazy impressive
Iain such a pro ... always endeavoring to be better!
Mike you're a gift to the industry man. This is a great eye in to the little details you are finding to bring the most out of our physiques. Love this content.
Awesome video very informative. It’s like watching a mad scientist as His creation comes to life.
I have been utilizing many of your tips on for activating certain muscle groups. It has been a night and day difference for my workouts. True master of your craft.
Refreshing and refreshing for this LFG
art in motion, mike can see it, many can't
Just shows even high level bodybuilders , that Mike can help them move even better on the muscle or muscles to get more out of their training 💪🏼💪🏼
Awesome video. Two voluminous specimens showing the work
Great video, u can see the back working
Damm.. How many back exercises do they have???
This is just awesome guys. I’d kill to have some sessions with Mike.
I’m here for it!! Let’s learn some shit
This is great! Iain could lift all the weights on everylift if he just wanted to but Mike's cues especially relaxing and keeping posture makes everything so much harder. I'm curious to hear Iain's thoughts on this type of training?
The bro chat gang checking inn
Gang gang
Why doesn’t this have more views 🎉
holy hell thats a lot of volume
Epic video. love the Bro Chat family 🫶🏼🙏🏼
The team we all wanted!
This is great but something to consider is there is a lot of ques which is hard to manage while training at high intensity, as in ‘normal’ training. I think anyone who has built enough tissue, will find it easier to contract a muscle due to having more tissue to contract equals a better mind muscle connection. This is great, but maybe over complicating things slightly? Just a thought.
Mike definitely knows his stuff
I love how Ian is an apprentice here! No bulls***, he’s massive already but taking it in like he’s just started
Welp - it's back and arms today! I am feeling motivated!
Superb technique...
You can see Mike putting Iain through a tough workout. Iain willing to learn & be teachable. Great to see
NOW THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN WAITING FOR
Everyone is always learning no matter who you are
Amazing video can't wait for my back day tomorrow, i just picked up a punch of cues to implement. Thanks alot mike , keep up the great work . 💯💪
Really enjoyed watching this 👌🏻💪🏼💪🏼
Wish ian would have talked a bit about what felt different or if he liked the new methods. Seems like he only said about 5 words in the whole video.
He has talked a lot about it on Bro chat
Iain is super coachable 💪🏼
Dude that gym is better than golds. The machines are crazy
One of the best colabs I've been waiting to see for a long time, respect to both of you, this is great!
Thank you guys 💪
My back training feels so much more connected and i work with lighter weight. I get so much more sore on back day now. I bet you would be able to do more with me in person. Thanks mike
Thanks Travis
Amazing duo
Awesome video mike always enjoy the real shit you talk about much respect
Yesssss!!!!!!
What a Trainer Big Mike , Respect 👏 and what a great training session, excellent job Iain 🔥
Knowing how ridiculously strong Iain is and watching him struggle with these weights while listening to Mike just shows it’s not all about ego lifting. Love it!
really interesting, watching mike keep correcting Iain trying to hunch up onto his trap, so he is emphasising lats a bit more than he naturally wants to.
Great watch 💪
And, YOU think you've perfected movements?!?!? Amazing stuff as always from Mike. FYI, Mike, when you coming to the UK; a training road trip would be amazing!?!?!?
