I'm always so happy when I hear people healing themselves without attending the events/workshops. I was worried it will not be possible for me if I can't get to a workshop. From this aspect, the testimonials might be a little misleading. At the same time, Dr Joe teaches that literally anything is possible so this shouldn't be a limitation either. I am working on myself, healing day by day in my little flat in Hungary, where Dr Joe will probably never come, not even nearby.. I believe it is possible to heal and my faith gets stronger the more I immerse myself in this work. When I started, it was even difficult to sit down every day to do a 1 hr meditation, now I can't wait to do even more and to feel the joy and gratitude for a new life.
I managed to heal from arthritis in first year of Covid by doing a long Joe Dispenza meditation on UA-cam every morning.... in the process of doing that, unsightly veins on my leg also disappeared! I had literally forgotten about the veins --- gave them no attention. It was just this summer when through a series of unlikely but fortunate events, I was wearing a miniskirt and walking around town, that I remembered. Afterwards I said to myself: OMG, where were the veins? They were gone. Where attention goes, energy flows.
Love you will heal yourself just believe in yourself. And yes you don't need a workshop to do it . Infinite power is inside you not in any workshop. Dr Joe always say that there is no limitation. Even Neville Goddard says that how you feel and think will eventually materialise in your life. I hope you get everything in your life and may you be healed. It’s absolutely possible, and thanks to Dr Joe’s resources getting to listen to his lectures and meditations for free online, I’ve proven it to myself over and over again and found connections and ways to continue regardless. I wasn’t ever concerned about attending workshops until I met others doing his work online who haven’t been to one, who I connected with through a quantum healing modality course called D Codes. We all found his work on our own and shared it with each other as we deepened our relationships with each other, and we set the intention together one day we’ll all make it to one together just for the experience, maybe even more because the quantum realm is always so full of surprises- inside and out. 💜 Keep going. You can absolutely do this.
Hopefully, it's true because I attended the advanced, and nothing much happened. I was very confronted with needing to be in a wheelchair and depend on help to do anything, I didn't have a wheelchair and didn't need one at home. I was out of it most of the time. I got both healings, but when I look at the advanced course on youtube and see the boards scribbled with writing, I have no memory of him teaching anything. I always had to be in the back of a room that held thousands. I thought he was up there saying something to set up the meditations, as all I remember is meditating and breaking for a meal or snack. I felt isolated and barely interacted with people until the end. So when I came home, I struggled with the meditations. I had a fall and when I stood up I couldn't walk. For nine months now, I've been on my back and have been meditating every day for nine months. I won't stop until I'm healed. Thus, you never know where and when your healing will take place, it's always an inside job, wherever you are. The difference at the advanced is the number of hours you meditate, At home, I can do 1 1/2. At the advanced, you're meditating for around six hours a day I think the number of hours makes a difference, but after 1 1/2 I feel I've done my work. Though I think more hours would be better.

My experience with psoriasis: I got diagnosed when I was 14 (I'm 34 now) From 14-21 I really struggled, psoriasis everywhere. I had a huge victim mentality, and honestly its a horrible situation to be in. When I was 21 I started meditating. I wasn't doing Dr Joes work, however the absolute peace and serenity I got from meditation was enough to get me hooked. I meditated every day. But like Ahila says, the emotion that you add is everything. I felt so so grateful to let go of my burdens, I felt light and I felt free. I felt awe, I felt vitality. I was flying and eventually I realised that I had no psoriasis on my back. And then after some time the only bits of psoriasis I had was small amounts on my elbows and knees. I was covered before. Jake Blumen I had SO many doubts along the way!! One thing I did was watch every testimonial on You Tube. Hearing the vast array of success stories and how everyone did it kept me going when I was shaking in my conviction. When it was announced they were doing testimonials at the end of the Advanced Workshop I changed my ticket home to stay later and record this. I couldn’t sleep last night so as I do dr joe I got up and put the tv on and there you were!! I listen 2 times you speak so well and you did it !!! I have been doing Dr Joe 2 years now every morning after breast cancer and arthritis and have still not healed !! But as he says I am still going !! I find that even if I wanted to go to see him it’s cost too much from Ireland so that’s sad !!! And his events are so big now So I will keep doing what I can to heal myself But I thank you for your testimony it was so good and helpful
If you can meditate in the morning and at night, twice a day, you would get faster results... In my experience , it takes time but you can do it, some people took it a year, some 2 o 3 years

I can relate to this sooooo much. I started developing severe rashes on my face with 18 (so many diagnoses I don't even want to count them all). The first 2 years I went to nearly 20 doctors in different countries. The next 2 years I tried everything diet related. I am 22 now and I really pray that this long search for health will end and these meditations will give me relief

I did Blessing of the energy centers today. I’ve been meditating for a month and two weeks. I’ve been doing the Formula, pineal gland, heart/brain coherence and Blessing the energy centers. You moved me to tears. I come back to testimonials for reinforcing my faith. Overcoming my thoughts, fears and pain every single day. The pain can get to you and if I come across something negative of how the healing is very rare or people are still living with it or something similar, it just takes me back. It is truly a massive challenge.

I couldn’t sleep last night so as I do dr joe I got up and put the tv on and there you were!! I listen 2 times you speak so well and you did it !!!
I have been doing Dr Joe 2 years now every morning after breast cancer and arthritis and have still not healed !! But as he says I am still going !!
I find that even if I wanted to go to see him it’s cost too much from Ireland so that’s sad !!! And his events are so big now
So I will keep doing what I can to heal myself

It may take time but are you working on your thoughts and beliefs and feelings that come up in the day, outside meditation?
If you can meditate in the morning and at night, twice a day, you would get faster results... In my experience , it takes time but you can do it, some people took it a year, some 2 o 3 years

I can relate to this sooooo much. I started developing severe rashes on my face with 18 (so many diagnoses I don't even want to count them all). The first 2 years I went to nearly 20 doctors in different countries. The next 2 years I tried everything diet related.
