He lost his explosiveness probabily because of injuries since 2021. He was never strong on the kumi kata and has always fought bended and not straight. When he was a kid he had a beautiful uchimata, pity. He has a terrible newaza for an elite judoka.
"Hey guys welcome back to Judo Highligths" This sentence comes to my mind often recently x) Thx for ur work !
My pleasure!
I’m surprised you didn’t talk about his stance, it’s wide and low, it can slow you down at some points but you can avoid tons of throws with it.
As a fellow Italian Fabio is a big inspiration for me! Thank you for this video!
My pleasure!
Happy to see breakdown again
Love the content, only youtuber I would support. Nearly everybody in my club watches the videos.
I appreciate that!
yeah, as a left-handed fighter myself, I typically have a much easier time changing sides than my right-handed peers
Very intresting style, Super cool.
Thanks for the video!🙏
You mentioned there being a tutorial for his ashi barai, where could I find that?
Judo fanatics I think
Can you do Darcel Yandzi🙏

Fabio's stance doesn't look advantageous, but it suits his slightly unorthadox throwing style. 😎👍.
His stance is just representative of what throws he wants to do. He isn’t really trying to disguise it lol
