I like the chocke you put in the pinned comment a lot,seem scary but it is completly safe,30 seconds and you are at 100% again no problem,i'm a a pass out before a tap out type of judoka so happen to me a lot in the dojo,nothing to be worry about

He's from Tsukuba, along with the Tanaka brothers, Tajima, Horikawa, and Nagase.

Random question, what do the japanese players typically embroider on their judo gis, like on their lapels or on their chests, is it their names or the name of their clubs/organizations?

It’s sad he has the potential to beat world champions. But he seems to just not have a good day in the selection tournaments in japan.
I heard from a reliable source that he has a very difficult time with Nagase. This may be a stylistic issue. I really enjoy Sasaki's brand of Judo.
