LOVE the cruising galley with upgraded refrigeration. Ocean Alexander's cedar lined closets are nicely sized and tall enough for practical use.
Wow, this guy knows how to sell a yaught. Camera lady was excellent as well. Nice showing!!!
For future showings, I’d suggest a remote clip-on mic.
There really isn't anything else that could be added to make this gorgeous yacht better.

only 90 seconds in and EVERYTHING is "really nice". Although I agree, they are "really nice", you are in dire need of an expanded vernacular. Using the exact same descriptive for literally every feature you point out, is tiresome and unnerving. Not intended in a mean way, just a little feedback for future improvement.
Great job on selling us what we can see... Vanna... Range, freshwater capabilities, etc, would have been helpful.. awesome boat....

Have there every been an engine room that was *not* well designed and easy to get around? It's said in EVERY video about EVERY yacht.
Ocean Alexander have turned me off from their Yachts, with this new designs like the 70E. I love their old style 78, 80, 90 & 100 but the stop making them. So sad.
That’s not a guest room that’s a closet the people who are so called guest will be very disappointed 😔 being put in closet
