I dont think it's overpowered. Literally it's just a stabilized Walker Bulldog. The biggest problem I see is the very bad and inconsistent APDS. The stab cant compensate it imo. But it will get Up anyway I think and because of that it will disappear in the future.

76 Jumbo is 6.3 now and barely gets uptiers its a wonderfull tank

Put a tank at a low BR where it can dominate into the Battle Pass as the main prize so people will want to grind it out and play play play, than once the BP ends, nerf the shit out of it and put it into its proper BR cuz after that, who cares if they still like it or not....fucking disgusting.

@haatonofthebasementoutofth276 obviously never played when cheatFS was a thing, armour was useless, pointing and click basically with APHE explosive model that auto killed is4 or even maus. Is4 and other russian heavy are over BR and US heavy are under br bs proto shit. T54s are also over br and 0 redeeming factor anymore. Even t62 slow reload sould go back down to 8.0 or 8.3, the shells ain't that good eith a 10 sec+ reload

In the meantime in the Chinese techtree: Type 62. 6.7. Avg 300 pen HEAT-FS. NO stabilizer and half the mobility of the sheridan.
Heatfs is better then apds, wdym? Its overpressure + better pen on angles (and everything that isnt tiger I has angled armor).
Also, type 62 turret rotation is almost non-existent
Also in french techtree : char de 25t, 8.0 and à 200 Pen with aphe. The tank is good, but not this good for being in 8.0
to be fair,type 62 is very OP when downtiered and some will second guess where to shoot you since you almost look the same as type 59 but smol

There's alot of vehicles with higher pen and faster than KT at the br range.
Well, tiger AP has much better post pen damage. Still, M551 should be at higher br
The Bulldogs have been around for a while now with almost identical pen. Germany has one that works quite well in a lineup with those King Tigers.

it does pretty well for me at 8.3 when i need a quick vehicle to flank and cap points, it can still pen most tank's hull armor from the front

Before they move this up in br, the German M41 needs to go up as well. Stayed at 6.7 when the rest of the heat slingers got moved up.

the Sheridan is an Airborne Tank, not a Amphibious Tank, but it seems you noticed XD (M551 "Sheridan" AAV, or, Airborne Assault Vehicle)
Its going to go up to 7.0 in a few months but i am planning on sticking it in my 7.0 lineup anyway to print even more money now lol
You should play M56 it's kinda painful stock but is very enjoyable once you get a few upgrades

18:26 i guess the difference its that one has a good/decent heat shell and it has a lower profile (wich even then its easier to kill) and the other has only ap and apds and has high profile and low ammo capacity, idk, i see this sherigan struggle to pen stuff (or able to finish it off before it gets away or shots back) above 7.0 than its other version with itd atgm 🤔

On the other hand light tanks should not be balanced around a frontal stand-off. They are made to flank and gun-and-run, so cripple the heavies/mediums/TDs from the side and go back into hiding afterwards. Thats why they get cheap SP costs, scouting and the (hilarious) bonus for cheaper aircraft spawning costs. Its not their primary purpose to stack up kills, but to support the team with intelligence and crippling their frontliners.
When playing Japan 7.3 I always bring my Bulldog and it works perfectly well there... And that thing isn't even stabilized so yeah, M551 76 on 6.7 is absolutely stupid
