Nice line up of Squires there I recently received a 660 without key and a 770 with key from lock chuck I need to make some time to pick them but first need to make some tools :) nice opol also sir!!
@@chriscapune7873 thank you chris.yes, Terry has really blown me away with what he's sent me. My flabber is rarely this ghasted lol. Thanks for watching and hope you're feeling better mate 🙏🤜🤛🍻😊

The gray mortice lock looks like it may be an old Chubb designed lock. Looks based on the Chubb 114. They are a sod to pick. If it's what I think it is, your in for some fun.... or frustration. One of the 2 🤣
@@Deadlocks86 i do have some more but just more if the same so didn't see the need to get everything. The posted 770 is already proving to be reluctant 🤣thanks for watching mate, always appreciated 🙏🤜🤛
Nice job on the out of the pack pick mate 👍 The challenge lock is made by dew, fun little pick to pass on. Have you noticed whats missing from the old 770 yet? Pleased you like the goodies buddy , cheers 😁👍🐝🐝
I love the goodies mate, you've made my month 😊 the old squire seems to be missing a drainage hole. Is that it or is there something else I'm being thick about😂
My Congratulations to you Nick's P 🎉 Very, very nice collection of Square p.locks 👍👍👍🔐🔐🔐🔐🔐🏆 And very interesting Assa Abloy levers lock 🔐 is GREAT 👍 I'll try to find this one in UA-cam for look 👀 elements in. Nice mail call 😊 Good luck and thank you so much for your sharing 👍🤠👍💯☮️🌍🌎🌏🎬🫡
@@laurenarndt464 I haven't tried for the squires Lauren to be honest. I've filed keys for wafer locks before but that's it so far. I plan on hitting the car boot sales next spring so hopefully I'll find some gems. I have a local shop who is happy to sell me blanks. I remember to our key making video, I'll be sure to do a video on the subject, may e even a tutorial when I get a nice lock what needs a loving home. I did enjoy making the wafer locks keys, it's incredibly satisfying I have to say. Thanks for checking out the vid mate 🙏🤜🤛
@Nicks-Picks I don't know how it is with the Squire locks, but you surely should be able to make a key by either reading the lever tumblers through the shackle hole or by use L-wires to gap gauge the tumblers at the appropriate position against the key post. Then, use impression to make the make the key work smoothly. The L-wires give you depth cut information initially using basic maths.
Nice locks
Thanks mate, I do love Squires, they make such good looking locks 😊thanks for watching and have a great day, and Lola too 🙏🤜🤛

@@terrybpickin9941It is a bit odd, I can't see why there wouldn't be one. I can only imagine the quality control missed it perhaps 🤔

Can you make keys for the Squire locks you pick? For me, that's the fun part.
