I've been doing Barr/Pilates/Yoga workouts for a while, and most of the online videos I try are fairly easy. I like that, while the moves were not very difficult, the repetitions made it pretty challenging.
Or for young people who, because they are out of shape or rehabilitating from an injury, can't do P90x like Millenials and GenXrs like do to. Besides, if it weren't for old people, you wouldn't be here.
These workouts are actually yoga and Pilates based. More on body control than jumping up and down. It’s very effective on the human body. Therefore everyone would benefit. Btw I don’t see “old”people in this video. But if you’re “old” it means you r been blessed with a long life. Nothing to be ashamed of.
I used to do this DVD with my mom when I was a teenager. Fun, challenging moves.

I HAVE TO WORK MY WAY UP TO THOSE WALL EXERCISES BECAUSE I AM NOT ALL THAT FLEXIBLE, LOL....THE FIRST ONE IS MY FAVORITE SEGMENT!

There are always ways to make it harder if you want, and there are tons of other workouts out there. Variety is the key:)
